Priscilla was awesome. I appreciated her taking the time to explain everything to me. She thankfully was respectful in her explanation using straightforward words. She was thoughtful and helped me get a prescription issue resolved for me. Thank you so much.

Best Pharmacy experience by the whole staff! Prescriptions are always ready and if not the wait is always quick. I don’t need to wonder when my prescriptions are ready for refill, the app sends me when I have to renew.

I waited in line for 15 min. When I get to the window, it is 1:32 and they have shut it down. This is not the first time I have waited in line for several minutes only to have the window closed in my face when it’s my turn because it’s 1:30. I understand they need to go to lunch, but they could at least take care of the customers who were in line before 1:30 before they shut everything down.

This is my third time in this store. You walk up to the counter and no one acknowledges you, says we will be with you in a minute or 30. Nothing. When I do ask for help, the four people working look at each other as if I bothered them. Not an I'm sorry it will be a little bit or anything, just a reply of, "there's just a couple of us here". Not true, there were 4 people there. One person ahead of me, when she sat down to wait, still, no one said a word. Not a greeting or anything. So, after 15 minutes I asked and they all seemed put out. Yes, everyone is busy but can we greet those we serve anymore? Do better CVS, please.

I must admit that store#7783 in Georgia has some of the friendliest associates that I’ve ever encountered. The store is well stocked and is very clean.

I switched to this pharmacy because I was under the impression that I will be able to save more money. Unfortunately, not only was that incorrect, but my prescription got shorted and they refused to acknowledge their mistake, much less correct it.
I will be taking my business back to Walgreens as they have never had issues like this and I’ve never had to wait for a truck to come in to get all my medication. This is a vitally important medication and now I’ll not have enough to last the month.
I highly recommend NOT using this pharmacy. Walgreens is much better and I’m sure there are others that are as well.
It’s ok to make a mistake, however it is NOT ok to refuse to acknowledge or correct it!

I drive from Hinseville, the local CVS there always has a long wait. I called at about 11:45 to see if prescription that doctor ordered was there, was told come pick it up at 1600. Get there, and it appears it’s not in stock. I tried to explain, that I was told it would be there, but got the, it sucks to be you look.

Recently transferred all my prescriptions to this pharmacy and everyone has been very nice and helpful. Service is always very fast and medications have been filled at the time prompted. I even received an informational video on my new prescription through the CVS text service!

For the minute clinic "doctor" aka nurse practitioner. who told me the covid my daughter had was nothing serious and I was basically paranoid about it all. My whole family has it and we've been to the er multiple times. The man who could run marathons is now having trouble breathing. sincerely I hope you get it too.
