What a terrible experience. I’ve moved seven times in the last 12 years, and this has been the worst experience, by far. The crew that showed up was inexperienced and had no concern for my items. Typically items are damaged in transit, and that’s understandable - but I watched my items being damaged as they were unloaded at the destination. A complete disregard for my property sums up the attitude of the crew. The crew also showed up without any tools, so they weren’t able to assemble my furniture that was disassembled at the origin. And when it was all said and done I went through the claims process and they’re offer was 15% of what it would actually cost me to replace the items that they damaged. If you’re choosing your moving company - look elsewhere. And if you’re military - be sure to put them on your list of non-preferred companies.

We used this company and spoke to a Beth. She assured us that we were in good hands with her company. We did get 3 qoutes and they were not the cheapest. This company walked through our house and we pointed out all of our artwork that would need special attention when they packed. We were also told that our valuables were insured up to $100k. We had 2 pieces valued at over 4k the were packed and loaded with all other items on top and they were both damaged. Needless to say that was just 1 of several items damaged. We filed a claim and with over 7k in damages their value was just $1100. I have multiple photos and their adjuster response was based on our Market value. Do not use this company. You will be out of pocket and will regret. I plan on reporting to the BBB. Hire 3 homeless dudes and you will get better packing.Disappointed, dissatisfied and regretted using this company

I had most of my life's' possessions in that storage facility for about three years due to a divorce. it had everything I owned since I was 14 to about two days ago when I was informed that they can no longer find it in their facility. I planned to come get it Friday August 25th the day I finally get to see my daughter who is in that area. I received a call Wednesday the 23rd stating that it was in their facility but now they can't find it and immediately gave my information to their claims company. I had family watches passed down for over 80 years, vintage video games well over $200 each, along with all of my clothes prior to them being boxed up. My whole shoe collection along with more custom watches and a personally made custom suit by a designer who no longer makes them from Germany. The list goes on. Today makes day two that Eagle Claims was supposed to reach out to me and get this process started and I have heard nothing at all.

I signed a moving contract with Coleman-Allied Worldwide Moving Services in Port Royal, SC involving the move of my belongings from Hilton Head Island, SC to Rio Rancho, NM. The delivery dates on the contract were as follows:Delivery 7/26/2023 - 7/31/2023.The loading ended up taking an extra day because they underestimated my household contents. The first load on 7/21/23 was in a 70' truck. The driver and loader of that truck (Otto) was phenomenal! He was extremely hard working and he packed the first truck diligently, as if it was his own own furniture. On 7/22/24, the assigned driver of the second truck (Stanley) finished loading my belongings in a box truck. Before he left the house he joked that he would probably beat us to New Mexico. My husband and I understood that comment to mean he would be leaving South Carolina synchronous to our departure the next day. The first truck arrived at our house in New Mexico during the specified delivery spread. Unfortunately, Otto could not get up our 213' driveway due to the narrow road, driveway utility obstructions and sand in the road. Our driveway is on a 5% or more incline. Two movers met Otto at the house from the Albuquerque location to help him move furniture into the house. They planned to walk everything up from the street with dollies. That would have been a grueling feat for all of them. My husband spent the day shuttling many heavy loads up the driveway with his personal truck. When furniture was unpacked, Otto showed me some damage to my leather couch. The damage was caused by the packers at the house and not by the driver. They put tape on my leather couch and when it was pulled off by the unloaders, the tape pulled off some of the leather. We assumed the next truck would arrive contemporaneous to the first delivery. That did not happen. On 7/31/23 I called the moving company to find out when the rest of my belongings would arrive. I was informed that the driver of the second truck (Stanley) was not authorized to go across state lines and that he was "pulled" off the transport. Then I learned that my belongings were stored without my consent in some military warehouse that was not temperature controlled. I made several phone calls to the moving company over the next few days and was told that they could not "find" a driver to deliver the second load. Finally, on 8/10/23 I got notice that a driver (LeCour) would pick up my items from the warehouse that same day and the planned delivery date would be 8/14/23.LeCour did arrive with my furniture on 8/14/23. As the truck was being offloaded by movers I noticed several of my items come out of the truck broken, ripped or gauged in some way. I walked up the ramp of the truck and took a photo of inside. What I saw and photographed was a huge cluttered pile of my belongings that looked like they were tossed in the truck in a destructively malicious way. Expensive furniture and items were not wrapped for protection. My husband noticed that our coffee table did not come off the truck and asked about it. LeCour dropped his head, shook it and said "It didn't make it, ...it's pretty much firewood by now." I asked if that meant it had been broken and he confirmed it was shattered in pieces. LeCour made the decision not to even bring the broken table to my house so I could see it. LeCour also told me that my stuff was in a "mountain of mess" in the warehouse. He said "You never want to have your stuff stored in a warehouse" which indicated to me that personal property usually gets sullied or lost if it's stored. After all the engaged abhorrent actions and malfeasance by this company and their breach of contract, I should receive some compensation. Undoubtably , the unauthorized storage in some dingy warehouse and the excessive moving of my furniture caused more damage than a singular move. I voiced my numerous complaints to the company and demanded a substantial refund. I was told they would send me the claim forms to fill out for the damaged and missing item

Terrible management that trickles down to agents and movers. Do not use this company. Very unorganized and no communication. We basically completed the move ourselves after paying way too much.

Was there to pick up items out of the crates that had gotten damaged. It was a mold issue. I personally don't see why the crates are the greatest option especially if its on an open flatbed. The employees were nice but taking their time when we have a schedule to keep day of.

BEWARE!!! During the move in process, my jewelry went missing. We filed a police report but Coleman Allied Richmond Hill WAS NO HELP! In fact, half movers harassed me about the loss while they were still in my home. Nobody else was in my master bedroom closet beyond myself, my husband and the movers. Said movers are still working for the company so BEWARE!!! RH manager was NO HELP!!! Corporate has yet to reach out and it’s been a week today. Don’t try and support a local company like we did, things will be broken, damaged and missing! Don’t trust anyone at the RH location because nobody cares about out loss. Furthermore our previous experience with two men and a truck was half the price and twice the quality of work, even without my jewelry miraculously going missing. I will update this review if anything is done to resolve.

Military move.. the packers is where we had our issues. They sent out to of the laziest women I’ve ever seen. They walked up very unprofessionally (no real conversation, no good morning, just blank stares) the last girl drove up late with food in her hand and clearly not prepared to work! They get inside and moped around as if they were bored.. again no real conversation. In the end they mixed up all of our furniture so when it arrived we had a mess on our hands. We did so much extra work upon arrival due to the packers throwing things in the same box that clearly didn’t go together. For example mixing my master bath items with obvious kitchen items. Disgusting! I will never use this company again if need be. The one star is for speed I guess.. seeing how they tossed things around could be the reason it didn’t take long.

Don’t move with them. It’s not worth thousands in damages, losses, and the trouble trying to get ahold of them. They are the worst moving company we have ever had and I refuse to move with them again.PCS MILITARY MOVE- do not agree to move with them

We were assigned this moving company for our PCS move leaving Stewart. After reading reviews online we were initially apprehensive but they honestly made our UB shipment an easy and quality move. Our crew consisted of Mike, Tammy, Jay, Keon, Jason, Calvin, and Miyah. They arrived on time on the requested date, realized that dispatch had not informed them of our quantity of fragile items and offered to pack it now or come back later that same day with more structurally sound equipment. We opted for them to come back later and they brought quality packing supplies, met every request I had in terms of packing things a certain way, storing them a certain side up, and even offered suggestions about how to better protect my belongings. They didn’t have room to bring the crates with them and allowed me to come to the warehouse the following morning to conduct a second inventory when they offloaded the truck and put my belongings in crates, which they then sealed in front of me, providing me with both the seal numbers and accurate weight tickets to use as evidence in my shipment. 10/10 would use again, if you get Coleman, request Big Mike and his team!

We moved local in Richmond hill Ga. One of the movers damaged our washer and dryer. He rolled the dolly over two steps backwards slamming the washer and dryer from the drop off the steps. My wife said be careful of our belongings and he said he wished he could control gravity. This is not the way to use a dolly you go wheels first and ease over the steps. The dolly wheels had mud and other debris on them tracking all over the house. They should have used protective floor runners. They dragged our couch over the front door threshold because it was too heavy for one of the movers. When they were at the new location I had to help with the couch because again one of the movers wasn't able to carry the weight.Overall nightmare don't use this moving company.
