I feel the tag office in Richmond Hill doesn't do business professionally. I brought a prestige tag I was charged for twice .

Stephanie Mitchell was extremely patient and accommodating while helping me! Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a DMV.

This is the best tax commissioner office I have ever visited in my entire life. I average 3-4 minutes every visit when I pay taxes. Amazing customer service!!

Every time I call, the front desk ladies are always so nice, but both times I’ve had to go into the tax office to get a Georgia tag and pay a fee (or so I thought), the blonde woman who I’ve dealt with both times has always acted like she couldn’t be bothered. If you have questions, or need clarification on something, she speaks to you in such a demeaning manner. It’s so frustrating when people can’t be kind.

Went to the tag office yesterday for an 11:00 appointment and waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come and get me. I was assisted by Tiffany Diehl who kept stop assisting me to text on her phone. Not a good look and never received a thank you.

The Bryan County Administrative Complex (BCAC) is located on Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, right after the Shell gas station, off of the roundabout on GA Hwy 144. I go to BCAC to drop off the payment for the water bill. Pre-COVID-19, I used to go to the second floor and drop it off at the office where a clerk would stamp and date the bill upon receipt. Due to the pandemic, I have been using the drop box option where I don't even need have to get out of my car. The drop box is located at the foot of the median facing the building when you drive in. The building has quite a nice interior. The directory is located in the vestibule, as well as an Official US flag disposal box. The building has two floors and there are offices on both floors with two beautiful staircases on either side. The different services/departments that can be found at BCAC include: - Main Floor - Tax Commissioner Department of Division of Aging Services Environmental Health & Animal Control Public Health - Second Floor - Engineering and Planning & Zoning County Administrator Commissioners' Meeting Room Tax Assessor Clerk of Court Magistrate & Probate Court There is also a nice art exhibit throughout the building which I'm sure includes works by local artists which I think is such a great use of the space! The building is always pristine and very peaceful. I have seen the building used as a voting site as well. Parking can be found in front or back of building. Usually, I don't ever need to go to the back of the building for parking because there's always a spot in front, but there is a really nice firefighter memorial in the back. Stay safe, Friends!
