“The Richmond Hill branch is outstanding! My account was compromised late afternoon on a Monday. Called customer service, they said I needed to go in person for assistance. I arrived in branch, began telling the Teller my situation and before I could finish or give my name/details the branch manager stepped out, knew my name and already had a personal banker working on the issue. I wad all set within 30 minutes. Such a stressful situation made seamless by an amazing staff. I can't thank them enough!!”
