They had my SIM card finnaly i can get back my number they lost 9 days ago they don’t like u to leave that’s for sure I switch to mint mobile 15$ a month on T-Mobile towers. Att t u get no coverage in mountains and service is bad Verizon and T-Mobile has the best coverage and cheaper prices

This store gets a 2 before I even set foot inside. It's past 11:00 am, yet nobody is at work! And this isn't the first or second time I've experienced this with this store. If you all aren't going to open at 10:00 as advertised, change the hours already.

I went into store to set up my new phone. I was only customer in store. The sales person made me feel that i was an inconvenience.He switch the info on my phone and afterwards he stated the apps would continue to complete opening and that was it. Except he did not put sim card in and didn't say anything about it. When it did not open on way home, I stopped by my normal AT&T and they took care of it. And they even thanked me and asked if I had in questions.

Elizabeth was awesome, very personable and knowledgeable. Working alone with several customers in the store she was able to interact with everyone and still make you feel like you were the only one in the store. A+

Michaela is phenomenal. She was training a new team member, handling a multitude of customer needs, and all while getting me squared away with the options I wanted. I came in crunched for time and she was great!
