“Hello, I have lived at Ashleigh Place Senior for a few years. I will give you the pros and the cons honestly and let you decide from the review. Pros on this review and cons: on next review.Pros:1. Nice, quiet, safe place to live and complex is small with 80 units so not a lot of noise. Only 2 floors.2. Management and Maintenance are nice, respectful, and always willing to help you in any way they can.3. Apartments are very spacious with a good amount of storage if you rent a 2b/2b apartment you will have enough storage for your belongings.4. They offer activities for the residents to join and meet other neighbors.5. Apartment complex is none smoking except in the gazebo outside.All apartments have pull cords for emergencies in bedrooms and bathrooms to call for help. All apartments and common areas have fire alarms with sound and lights.This is good for people with hearing issues. Sprinkler systems that come on if there is a serious fire.8. Quite time enforced from 10 p.m. till 8 a.m.OK watch for Cons: on review after this one.Thank you.”

“I've been living here about a year the best management team great group of people lives here we are so close of being family looking out for each other, lots of people need assistance in different areas but we take time to care. Just because we are 55+,it's call privacy.”

“First I would like the talk about the great and patient help I received from Julia at the front desk. She was patient with every question I asked and the delays in my responses due to my job hours being abnormal. The apartment itself is very spacious and meets all my needs while being between savannah proper and my work place. The amenities are also very nice, but I will say the gym is somewhat bare bones. However, I can still get a workout at the complex when I do not want to drive to a local gym. overall, my current stay has been very easy with the staff being able to to reach out by text to inform me of any changes in the complex.”
“I had a wonderful experience with Sara and Derek in the leasing office. They were friendly, attentive, and quick to address my concerns. I could not ask for a better location. My apartment is perfect and provides easy access to everything I need. I highly recommend this latitude at Richmondhill for its welcoming office staff and prime location.”
