As a small town store, they lost the small town aspect. Went to ship a package back and needed one piece of tape, was refused. Never had that happen at another one. Then the guy said he couldn’t scan a QR code to ship a package. Wasn’t even going to try. Then something changed and he did, guess what it worked. Wow who would have guessed.
