“Friday January 19th 8;06 am I stopped in to get fuel, and the guy actually filled the tank until it was full. I normally fuel up in Duluth or Kennesaw and they never fill the tank up it's always 3/4 which is not good. It's the small things that make my day. Thanks”

“High value add rental company experience was so top notion. We were in need and no other company was there for us. Basically, we needed a tow vehicle at a reasonable price, in a short time frame, and it needed to be safe, reliable, and comfortable. All boxes checked except the onboarding was extremely difficult with about a 30 inch ground clearance to step into a 23 Ram 2500.Needed step boards or steps. Especially for my wife. She is 5" tall.Overall we traveled from Bozeman, MT to ATL. The trip was epic. Truck was powerful. Roads were well used with extensive bumps, ruts, and high speeds with diverse elevation and curves. Highly technical drive/route that requires the right equipment.”

I had both climate controlled and outside units.easy access, lights and always clean restrooms. Pat was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I rented 3 trucks from her as well. “Went in without a reservation and they still had a truck available and it was the 1st of the month when many are moving. No wait, staff was polite and very knowledgeable. They were able to help/recommend the best vehicle for what I needed done. Truck was clean inside and out and SMELLED fresh, nothing worse than a smokey smelling vehicle when your not a smoker. I would recommend this location.”

“Your two employees on duty that day were courteous (though i was waiting for the young lady, as she was helping another customer, at the time, she ACKNOWLEDGED me and told me she would be right with me…a real ‘pet peeve’ of mine, just acknowledge me, even though you can’t help me, right away).A gentleman came in, immediately asked if I’d been helped, and starting asking me, how he could help.My wife had called and made the reservation, which he had access to all the information on the computer, was knowledgeable and professional, as we went through all of the paperwork, then WE went to the dolly, he hooked up everything to my truck, and was there when I returned, a few hours later, and UNhooked the dolly, attached it to UHaul truck, and quickly returned it to its proper place.Nothing but good things to say, about BOTH individuals, by far, the best, easiest interaction of the day, certainly, the easiest experience I’ve had @ any U Haul…Very nice to see, in an environment, you didn’t expect to get the type of service I received!Very good, very nice, unexpected encounter. “Excellent service. My rear door wouldn't open while dropping off. I called customer service and spoke with a rep named, Emma. Her first concern was my safety. I was told help would arrive 45-60 minutes. The gentlemen were there less than 30. The issue was quickly resolved and I'm on my way home!”
