My husband and I went in to make a simple return and we were turned away because the original purchase was not made at this exact store. We were told the return had to be made at the store the item was purchased at. The man pretty much tossed the receipt back at my husband. We were confused because standard practice that we knew of was that as long as you have the receipt you can return items at any store location. Only reason we went to this particular location is because it’s literally right up the street from our house. We were curious so we went to the Morrow location and we were able to return the item with no problem. I asked the young lady who was assisting us about this alleged return policy. Her and her coworker who was standing near by stated we were lied to. She asked which store we went to and they already knew who told us the lie. She then stated the man who told us the lie apparently tells anyone the same the lie about not being able to return items not purchased at this exact store. It is absolutely appalling that this man didnt want us return the item at the store because the original purchase was not through this store. It is also crazy that when asking employees from a completely different store they already knew exactly who told the lie. I hope someone from upper management or corporate sees this and gets a handle on the older man who works in the store and tell him to stop lying to customers about made up policies.

If yall close at 9. Why are the doors locked at 8:55? Which means they were locked before then. Change the sign if the time is not right. Now I have to go to Walmart because I can’t get anti-freeze from this store two minutes from my house. And the sign is still lite for open. Fix it!
