My mom and sister are new to GA and my sister needed a mattress set to accommodate her injured back, it was our second day shopping for it but our first time at this store and location. Benjamin was such a delight he answered all of our question, laugh at our bad jokes and was very patient with us , he even give us space to think and talk, that's a plus .We eventually decided on a mattress and adjustable base, but because Benjamin was so kind and professional we ended up getting two mattress and two adjustable base, the second set totally was not needed, but what the heck we left very happy and pleased with the service provided overall.”

“Went to Ashley in McDonough yesterday & ordered two same size ottomans. Got home and realized I just wanted one super sized one (which they had). I had my 7 year old grandson Rowland with me both days! A sweet girl named Keanna (Kay) helped us both days. She was absolutely the BEST associate I’ve ever dealt with. Knowledgeable and super helpful! Most importantly my grandson just loved her. She was amazing with him. She let him “help” with the transaction explained what she was doing & why. He spoke of her for the rest of the day on Monday. When we went back Tuesday, he ran in the store & said yes we need to speak to Kay! She high fived him and again got us through the cancellation of Mondays purchase & the sale of the new ottoman. He stuck right with her in the store and told her he wanted to come work with her! ?. So he says JuJu can we tell her boss how nice she is? I said of course. We found him and I let Rowland explain to him how much he loved her. The manager (super nice) pointed at me & said who is this? He said this is JuJu. He said JuJu she would appreciate a review online if you don’t mind! I said of course! This is the first time I’ve shopped Ashley. Wonderful experience, great selections, OUTSTANDING staff! Thank you Kay for your great help. Thank you most of all for engaging with my little meatball! You left a great impression on him! “You can luck up and find decent items (open box/dented) sometimes. They do offer financing options, which can be a big help! My husband and I purchased a washer and dryer here and got a decent deal for it...barely any visible damages (none obvious to the eye) and we've had it for almsot 2 years now with no issues. We went back today to look at refrigerators, and I wasn't too pleased with the large, extremely obvious dents that were visible on the ones we liked.. They did offer to knock off a few hundred, but it was still a still a bit overpriced for my liking, looking at how bad it was knocked up.”

“OMG... I was on the hunt for a king size bed set at an affordable price and FOUND?? the RIGHT place!!I was what could have been considered a walk-in, and literally walk out with a KING SIZE BED??. This Furniture Outlet on Jonesboro rd in Forest Park is the business. Customer service was warm welcoming and the delivery service was fast!I must say... they have it all in what you need to make your house a home... because Nancy & her delivery men just made my night a restful one. “We needed a couch. They had 3-4 to pick from that were Wayfair resells. We bought one and now it's in our living room. All done in 3 days. Reasonable price. The delivery company they used was fast and carried the heavy stuff for us.They don't have a lot of couch variety per say. It's an appliance store. The other stuff like couches and ottomans just happened to be there. But, if you do find something you like, the buying process was uneventful for us.”
