Twice in 4 months this store has stolen my EBT funds! Absolutely do not use your EBT AT FOOD DEPOT! I only use that card at one store. In Rex Georgia! Both times they completely wiped out my funds minutes after using the card there! Im beyond pissed!

Ive shopped at many of there stores and all of them are Horrible experiences and very disrespectful management also I seen in person how they treat there employees and it's disgusting I'm definitely not shopping with food depot ever again

I am deeply disappointed with the current state of this establishment. The environment has become chaotic and unprofessional. When I visited at 7:50 PM, all the register lights were off, which made checkout confusing and inconvenient. The atmosphere was disruptive, with employees shouting at each other as if it were normal communication.
In particular, an employee named Eureka unnecessarily raised her voice at me, which was both uncalled for and unprofessional.
It seems that the staff could benefit from retraining in basic customer service. I suggest management either invest in proper training or be more selective in their hiring process. Customers expect a pleasant and respectful shopping experience, not chaos.

On 8/12/24 I visited the Rex,GA location at 8am. The black Cashiers are rude and selective about who they greet. I suggest finding a different nationality to communicate with during your visit. They act as if they HATE their jobs. They have NO customer service skills at all. Publix is open on Mt Zion, where shopping is a pleasure. I did speak with the store manager about their lack of skills.
