“Experienced Take 5 Car wash yesterday in Jonesboro! 1st time although as I’ve lived in the neighborhood for the past couple of years, I had seen the wash on a daily basis but just never used.
Having done so, I’m impressed! While getting ready to put my card in the machine and read the purchasing options, an employee engaged me and helped explain how it all works!
The wash was top notch! The attendant did a manual scrub prior to automatic car wash entry! The after results were very good and met my expectations!

“I’ve never felt like I needed to leave a review at a car wash before but these guys were great. I have a big white pick up truck that I drive all over the city every day for work. Because I’m all over I never bought a membership and Ive stopped at just about every major car wash at some point. These guys took the time to really scrub down my entire truck, going over it more than once with the brushes before sending me through. The vacuums work great and the price was great even for a single wash. If I didn’t live on the opposite side of town I’d get a membership here. Definitely will be back.”

I kindly asked for a hose to water down my mats and he took it upon himself to do it which is greatly appreciate it. He should be rewarded or promoted for always going above and beyond.On another note i will point out that your Vaccums need to be checked out as they sometimes run very low on suction power.”

“I had the BEST car detailing experience with Pride car detailing!!!! I’ve been too busy to even have my car washed, besides by the rain, at all this year, and my baby was a hot mess, inside and out, and btw I’ve got a large dog who frequently rides around with me, so just imagine, 6 months of that, and parking under a large tree… I wish I had before pics, but I don’t. My car looks like brand new, inside and outside! They were very nice, very efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business, thank you Mr. Pride and crew for showing the love to my car!”
“Many years ago, I had a ‘99 Tahoe, chrome wheels, step bars and details. I had the hardest time finding a place on this side of town that could keep my baby sparkling, inside and out. That is, until I found Gino’s. Back then, I rolled out of there looking like a brand new penny, every time.Fast forward, I still trust Gino’s with my beauties. This is the only place, besides the dealership, that keeps my current beauty in tip top condition. The level of attention to detail that both Josh and Gino take with my black beauty, shows, every time. I now roll out the lot looking like a brand new mirror on wheels. Yes, you can see your reflection as I drive by :)Because I do value full transparency, I will say that I’ve only had 1 less than stellar customer service experience which I chalk up to a “work in progress” and 1 less than perfect finished product, which was an exception, not the rule. But these 2 incidents were only 2 in many many years of patronizing Gino’s.Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Gino’s and team. Thanks Guys!”

So it cleared on 12/13/23. Other than the duplicate payment I was very please the service. Will take my car there again. ??”
“The first time coming and the young men who worked hard on getting the cars washed had a method to their madness. The driver in front thought she was forgotten, but the one assigned to wash her car was being proactive. The crew each communicated with others, which is what was observed and very professional when asked a guestion. I will be coming back to this location for sure for full service; today is just an exterior wash.”

“From start to finish, hands down great place. While I only got a trailer wash out, I am thankful they were there. I called the number on Google, the owner answered. He sent me another number to the ones that get it done. Later in the day, I called and this sweet voice came on the line. Her name was Brookes. She said if you get lost call me. I'll get you here. We're not busy at all right now. She was honest as the day is long. They did a remarkable job on my trailer. I don't know for the life of me why they're not busy. The man that does the wash out, I didn't catch his name, but he was VERY friendly too. With a great attitude and a willingness to work hard!! If you need a trailer wash out, maybe something more, there are a lot worse things you could do than to go see them. At least give them a call and ask. ?”
