“I contacted Kreider on short notice to ask for help with a repair our Sienna needed. We were getting ready for a road trip to Miami and back when we realized there was a wheel bearing going bad. I'm a car guy, and have managed dealership service departments in the past, but I just didn't have the time to handle it. Daniel was quick to offer his help, and he clearly understood the need for urgency in our situation. They made time for us to get the van repaired and in all honesty they far surpassed my expectations.
The price was fair (and was about 15% less than the quote), the repair was done correctly, communication was superb, the shop is modern and clean, and they delivered an exceptional (and honest) experience.
I give them a 10 out of 10, and will be using them from now on.

He was so immensely kind to replace our front and rear brake pads for us despite it being lunch when we rolled up. We had gotten our car checked prior to leaving NC for this trip and the other mechanics said nothing to us about the breaks. We could not have made it to our international flight on time without his kindness and services. The location right outside of his home. Do not let this deter you if you aren’t used to using services outside a formal shop location. He did a great job for us.”

“I was from Ohio my car motor blew leaving me and my little dog stuck 25 out of Statesboro! Every other company we called said it would be Hrs.. But they were on it within I do believe a hour he had picked it up and towed it to our mechanic! I even was able to pay him over the phone so I did not have to stay with my car until he arrived my Son was able to get me. Again thanks for the excellent quick service!”
