From this location, and for less than one dollar, you can send a letter to anyone in the United States who has a mail box or P.O. box. That’s pretty neat!

1. We got a P.O. Box at the Ranger, Ga location. We explained to them that we needed the mail for 1 person to be sent to this PO Box rather than delivered to the home address. They said “ok. No problem”-all the mail for that address was delivered there-they “corrected the issue”, then all the mail, EXCEPT for the mail that was supposed to go to the PO Box, went to the PO Box-they changed the name on the PO Box to a completely different name and “returned to sender” any mail we were waiting on to come to the PO Box2. You cannot actually meet with anyone at this location, as they are never there. Even if you are in the middle of conversation with them, they will walk out of the office to go to the other “post office location” and even asked us to go to that location to finish our conversation.3. UPS gave them one of our packages for delivery. It was supposed to have been delivered by 3:15 PM that day. The mail came and went and no package. When I asked the mail person about the package the next day, she just shrugged and drove off.

2 times "delivery attempted- no access to delivery location" I was home the entire day not once heard a vehicle drive down the driveway. If by attempt they mean, could this one 4 lb package fit in the mailbox? No. Ok delivery attempted. Now I have to drive there tomorrow for my package

Horrible!!!!!! I called to locate a package that has been lost after last being reported at this location and I get placed on hold and at first was understandable but they the lady who placed me on hold left me on hold, I had to hang up after several minutes of being on hold and hearing nobody in the back ground and saying hello over and over! I call back and for over an hour now the line has been busy!!!!! You mean to tell me I would still be on hold for that long!!!!!! They need to take more responsibility in their jobs or find someone who will!!!!!!

Who leaves a package for pick up at a location where it cannot be picked up? When it was an overnight, 1 day delivery "money back guaranteed", package that was seriously needed for someones business. Not necessarily this location itself, or even the majority of their employees. But they have definitely hired people who simply do not care about doing their job, and they have been reported to no avail. Maybe one day the world will be able to trust that when they pay for a guarantee, they will actually get it. But as for me and my business($$$), I would rather walk packages across the earth than pay for someone to mess my life and companies up for me. I will definitely be filing a formal complaint and report about my experiences, after having a carrier scan a package as "shipped" while driving around. Intentionally to get out of the money back guarantee on the package that would have expired only 2 minutes later. And 45 minutes after the deadline, she actually delivered the package, to be met at the mailbox. Only to ignore the questions about why she did what she did, and rudely drive back into a busy highway to avoid having to tell the truth about it. But she was very much so recorded for future evidence of the time she actually arrived and her actions when she did. So I hope that all of you take this warning greatly, I know my business will definitely NOT be going to a post office that continues to support employees that simply refuse to just do their job.
