My wife ordered her medications on Sept 21, necessary medications, for delivery and they NEVER arrived. Today, Sept 29, she orders 5 of her medications for delivery and they only deliver 2! She calls the pharmacy to find out what's going on, is told "we'll call you right back" and NEVER gets a callback. They have NEVER been this unprofessional since we've been using them. I'd love to know what the problem is.

This pharmacy is the best by a long shot. Lee & Pickles in Quitman truly cares about their customers. One of the pharmacist met my husband there after hours to fill my prescription after I was just released from the hospital. I’ve never had them tell me they ran out of my medication or given me a run around about my prescriptions like other pharmacies. They are also very prompt at filling prescriptions.

I have kept going to Lee & Pickels in Quitman even after moving to Thomasville, as it has always given me excellent, fast, consistent, and very courteous service. I was pleased and impressed on a Sat morn recently when I called them at 8:00 a.m, asked for a refill by 9:00, and they had it ready to go, had me half-checked out before I even got to the counter, and knew me by sight and greeted me warmly by name! Wow! I can’t say enough good things about them!

My family & I moved to the Quitman area three years ago and decided to try this local pharmacy recently. When we went to get our prescriptions filled for the first time, we were greeted by friendly staff and our medication was filled quickly. We appreciated the upbeat and welcoming atmosphere! We've made it our new pharmacy! We love it and highly recommend it

Whoever answers the phones is very rude. Has an attitude & seems to not enjoy her job. Get someone that actually sounds productive & not like a total brat.

I have walked in with a new prescription and told them I would be back later.The girl said we can get that right now.In less than 5 minutes I was out the door. I found this pharmacy after sitting in a big box pharmacy sick as a dog for 2 HOURS. Love this place.
