Ridiculous management. Went there around my lunch to make an appointment for 4:00 pm same day. Went there 25 minutes early for my appointment and no one acknowledged me and waited till 5:00 pm. As it was their closing time no one even asked me what I was there for though I had an appointment. Ms. Mali took my information again and said someone will call me and we can discuss this over the phone. It’s been a week now and no one has called or anything. This is a financial institution and they need to be there for our needs/questions, especially after SVB collapse they should be more attentive to complaints and problems caused due to that. Switching my financial institution to some other bank. Totally not reliable and not dependable bank. Will not recommend this bank.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I have made three (3) trips to this bank in two days' time to deposit money (coins and bills). I can understand needing to roll the coins, but the teller (same for all three interactions) failed to offer papers for doing so the first visit, which had me going elsewhere to retrieve them. Start of the second day, I had to call out of work because I was sick and my mom offered to take my deposit up there for me (I really needed this money because of bills and my paycheck isn't for another week). My account was created in 1991 by my mother (I was 5 years old), but back then it was Wachovia. Figuring my mother with the same last name, who created the account in the first place, and lived at the same address that is on file for me would be able to deposit $50 for me. Wrong apparently. I had to get out of bed and go up there for a third trip. I got up there, set my deposit slip, coins, and cash (very neatly mind you) along with my ID and debit card on the counter and just allowed her to make the deposit. The teller then had the audacity to speak to me in a loud, condescending tone about what she had tried to tell my mother. Mind you, I'm sick and made it extremely obvious with my body language that I was not wanting to speak about it, but just wanted to get my deposit done and leave to go back to bed. She spoke loudly enough to alert the other occupants in the building of my private situation, so I gave her the same grace by emphasizing that the person who made my account should be able to make a deposit on my behalf. This was the worst experience I have EVER had with banking and the worker humiliated me in front of the entire lobby. Don't waste your time at this location because the teller that I had lacked empathy and a professional attitude. Strongly looking to close my account of 32 years and looking to bank elsewhere if this is how they treat their clients.

If you ever have an issue with your bank account don’t ever go to this branch! They tell you to come on in and then when you get there they tell you come back in an hour or two. Today I walk in and the staff is all spread out on the chairs very unprofessional and then tell me to come back in an hour and a half. I’m good! Headed to another branch but good chance I’m just going to take my money to another bank. I have been with Wells Fargo for well over 20 years and I have multiple accounts and savings accounts but I guess this might be the last straw.

We use this as our main banking branch for the occasional check deposit along with notary needs. Paulette is always kind and helpful and we always receive excellent service at this branch.

I just walked out of this bank the customer service level since the last time I came have really changed it's terrible especially the guy last named Lopez he actually was a sarcastic a$$ hole to say the least my intentions was to only have important documents faxed over if i came in and requested it's obvious not the first time as long as you have an account with Wellsfargo documents like getting notarized documents or faxed documents I have never been charged or denied until today not one time did mr Lopez ask if I had an account or not he was just so quick to advise me what Wellsfargo can't do instead of what Wellsfargo can do he has no customer service skills he just there to get a check had the nerve to tell me to go Ups they are real nice and that he was surprised they are so nice ijs do better customer service is no #1 at the end of day.

I drove 25 mins away from my house to use this ATM because they have the only ATM that takes more then 25 bills at a time. unfortunately you can't deposit cash right now. I'll never come back to this location again ...

Just stopped here to quickly deposit a check I've been forgetting about. The teller, Zachary, was so kind! It was my first time at this location. I just wanted to write this review to shout him out. Thank you for being so kind and personable! Seriously. Customer service means a lot!

Wells Fargo--Powder Springs, GAMy drive-through experience on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 @ 4:30pm was frustrating and unprofessional. On my 45 minutes commute from work, I arrived at drive-through @ 3:50pm, only 2 cars ahead of mine. I waited patiently for over 25 minutes, then it was my turn and I pulled up to the Pneumatic tube. Teller asks: “how are you today?” I responded that I was frustrated with a stern voice. Teller, Indian/black female decided to put me on hold, came outside the bank and started asking the driver behind me for ID, account information and ignored me. Who does that??? My transaction was simple--I needed cash withdrawal, form filled out and ID sent into Pneumatic tube. Her customer service was nothing but frustration and unprofessionalism. Thank goodness I have multiple accounts with different banks, the majority of my banking needs are handled by Bank of America. Recommended solutions: Well Fargo needs to re-train Teller employees and increase ATM daily withdrawal from $300 to be inline with competitive banks. Bank Of America ATM daily withdrawal is $1500. Wells Fargo needs to keep up with market changes and financial needs of its customers. Or risk being absorbed by a bigger bank.

My mom made an appt to have my brother and I sign some papers at this location and the earlier appt ran 20 min over. NOW I understand why this bank gets such LOW marks. The bankers are slow and book appts too close together.
