Can never reach anyone. Their wonderful computer service keeps hanging up on you. Very frustrating.

Roy the pharmacist takes advantage of his power, I have had many terrible interactions with him. He does not honor the pharmaceutical guidelines. It has not gotten to the point where the pharmacy techs will ask for YOUR name first if you ask who is the pharmacist on shift. He refuses to give out his name.
