Lady that works counter is rude & always has something smart to say while in the process of giving customers a hard time! If she doesn't like her job why not get another. She reflects badly on management that would continue to employ her!

Sounds like a lot of people are having issues with lady at the counter. Because she just charged me for a bunch of items, mind you I did have some other stuff but she didn’t even pack them in the bag which makes no sense because we already had a disagreement about the said items price to which she acted like she couldn’t believe she was asked to do her job. She walked around and saw that it said 20 cents a piece.. exactly what I told her it was but I guess she didn’t like that and she told me no it was double. So all attention should have been on those particular items especially. I think that location makes their own rules and doesnt care about GA regulations and guidelines. Last Christmas, long before dinner with the family I had stopped there on my way back because I had forgotten to grab what my family enjoyed for beer. I was told by some younger gentleman of Arabic descent that there is no purchase of alcohol on Christmas and I looked at him with the most confused face ever… it was after 12:30pm so please help me understand y’all over there at Valero? What’s really going on that you don’t provide customer service? I even tried joking and trying to make conversation with the woman and she stared right through my soul with a very annoyed look that could pierce steel… get it together over there guys. That place is wayyyyy too dirty for you to hire employees that don’t wanna work for you outside of being behind that glass… they can’t even do that right!!! Oh and follow the GA guidelines instead of making up your own schedule… and because it’s Christmas your sales would be up! Because family, dinner and a lot of booze afterwards is what all of adults enjoy.

On multiple occasions we have run into issues with the African American lady that works there. My husband was just there and she refuses for whatever reason to sell alcohol to Latino people. The last time I had to get off and ask her what the issue was why she would not sell to my husband who is presenting her with ID she apologized and sold the alcohol but every time it’s the same issue when she is there she refuses to sell to him. We have never had an issue with anyone else that works there and we have been coming to this location for years. Whatever her issue needs to be addressed with mgmt as she is purposely discriminating against a specific race
