Do NOT do business with this cleaner! I took a brand new jumpsuit in for her to replace the zipper and she put a shorter zipper on it and sewed up the rest of it and made it impossible for me to fit into my jumpsuit. I took it back for them to repair and she wanted to charge me again for her sloppy job! DO NOT GO THERE! Bad business! Her husband was in it with her and wouldn't make right what they wronged!

Paid 80 to get my dress tightened, job was not done. Also, messed up the zipper on my dress.

Before I write this know that I am an avid reviewer. I only review when service is extremely good or bad. I brought my sons suit in to be altered. I came to pock it up, left had my son try it on and it looked terrible. The work was subpar and there was a hole and the seam. I brought it back immediately. I was friendly and calm. The woman had just arrived IMMEDIATELY she gets irate overtalking me being very disrespectful. I calmed the situation her husband brought her to the backbit she just kept going. Once it was fixed i go to leave and she shoots me the bird. At this point I felt the level of disrespect was too much. I asked for respect and was disrespected. As a poc it seems im not allowed that. I paid $80 for an alteration and cleaning and they didnt even clean it. DO NOT GO HERE!

I ordered a leather skirt to wear out to dinner for my birthday. When it arrived (4pm the day of), it did not fit. I called my regular cleaners who told me they could not help me. I was crushed. On my way home I saw the sign for Top Cleaners and saw that they do alterations but by this time it was 4:38 and they close at 5pm!! I took a chance went inside and spoke to Kim. She was amazing! She stayed and took care of me! My skirt requires a lot more work, Kim did not complain and did not charge me extra! Not only do I recommend this dry cleaners but Top Cleaners is now my new neighborhood dry cleaners!! Thank you Kim!!Services: Alterations
