The card reader and bill acceptor was down. On top of the tire cleaner/engine cleaner absolutely no pressure. I ended up having to spend $10+ on my usual $5 car wash.

This careash is definitely up and coming I got great service from the car was attendants. The washing products were very good quality ? my car was shinning. They also offer personal detail car washing. I will absolutely go to Stars Car Wash again Real Soon.

This place is the example of UNPROFESSIONAL. The first time I ever came here I was turned away immediately, as they claimed they were just closed. They tell me to come back a few days later, which I do and they still can’t perform what they get paid to do. They will act like they can help you just for you to sit there for hours without them saying anything to you, until you finally ask what’s taking so long just to hear “come back tomorrow” or “it’ll be a few more hours” on top of the hours you’ve already been waiting. Seems like they only have one person there that actually works. I’ve already wasted now two days with this excuse of a business. Save your money for a bigger and better business. This place deserves no customers.

Terrible service....had several issues with them not fixing car properly. Spent thousands of dollars here and still doing gutter work. Oil changes is the best thing going there. Kept calling office nobody answered for a week straight. Typical behavior....beware!!!

The worse experience of my life. All I needed was an oil change and new brakes. When they looked at the car they told me I needed front rotors as well. Altogether it came out to $436.00. Then they tell me I need a new lower arm controller but the car is good to drive. I drive it home and it feels horrible. I let the wife drive it and she says it's not drivable. I took it to another mechanic and he had to replace one of the tires completely. And I had to get new lugs and bolts and a new rim. They set me up to come back. Please don't go to these people. When I called they didn't pick up, after telling me I was wrong.

Do not take you car here!!!! I’ve given them business for years and they’ve just gotten so lazy! Took my car for a engine replacement and a few month later the engine caught on fire causing over $7000 worth of damage. They did not install the engine properly and when I took it up with the owner he refused to speak to me and the mechanic at Hyundai! He was rude and unprofessional. Do NOT take your car here! Now I have to file a lawsuit for negligence.
