Picking the right color! Why does all the colors look alike when you arrive at the paint store?? I went to Sherwin Williams today with a color in mind but then got very confused. Anton at the Dallas Highway location took his time and showed me colors that would look nice in my room. He didn’t make me feel rushed or that he was too busy to assist me. Thank you so very much for your patience and for your expert advice. I Can’t wait to see the paint on the wall?

Purchased a paint with a hint of gray. When I put in the walls, it is stark white. Was told the reason is that it has a white base. In my house, paint has always dried darker that the sample. Tried speaking to the five employees that were there about the problem.They were rude! Also tried getting help with a color that might be a little darker. Everyone went to the back or managers office. Another lady walked in, several employees went to help her choose a color.

Called and requested a certain paint and they told me they had it in stock, drove a hour over to the store and they in fact did not have what I asked for and tried to sale me something completely different! Wasted 2 hours of my time, not to mentioned lied to me and then wouldn’t take any responsibility for it. Very disgusted with this store.

This is the first time I was in this place and I have to say it was very different than I imagined. They seemed to be out of alot of product. Empty spaces everywhere.

Love SW products but unless you are a large purchaser or commercial account, avoid this location. They have shown no interest in the DIY customer. I gave them two chances, months apart. Give your business to another Sherwin Williams location. I did.
