Dirty location, you step in spilled fuel or sticky junk and track it into your vehicle or the building. If someone slips due to oily shoes RT is going to have a lawsuit. Very dangerous for kids or heels or handicap customers. RT should hire me to do site visits and inspections on their Facilities and customer experience. As a Facilities manager i could save them lots of money

RIDICULOUS! Friend was trying to purchase cigs. Of course, they asked for ID. Showed them a legal (which also includes pic) document provided & advised by Georgia DMV to show as proof of license & ID until new one comes in the mail. Was told Police would & should accept this doc. Cashier has to get mgr. Mgr says need to call regional mgr to see if can except. FORREAL???? No more. If he would've had fake ID no problems. Please teach, know & understand the difference! Went across the street, showed legal doc as proof of ID & purchased cigs with no problem.

Nice helpful staff, trash is never overflowing at the pumps, & the bathrooms are always clean. Place could use a good pressure washing around the pumps and parking area.

My daughter-in-law, (31 yrs old), just ran in to grab a pack of cigarettes for my son after we ate dinner across the street and she got carded. She came back outside to get her purse, when my son (33 years old with a full beard!) said he would go back in and grab them. Upon entering the store, he was also asked for his ID. He handed the cashier his Kentucky driver’s license and the guy accused him of it being fake. Seriously?!?! All he had to do was scan it and the system tells you whether it’s fake or not! My son asked him to scan it and he refused. A co-worker walked up and the cashier showed the drivers license to him. The co-worker replied: ‘Yes. That’s a KY driver’s license.’ but the cashier turned to my son and said, ‘Naw buddy. That’s fake.’ ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?? I guess that’s why he’s working at a gas station. Good grief! I realize this is low in the list of priorities to write a review for but come on!!Needless to say, we drove down the street to the Sonoco at the end of Antioch Road and gave them our business. Not that Racetrack cares, but better to support the locally owned business that to deal with a flunkie that accuses us of schlepping in a fake ID. Even the guy at Sonoco laughed. To the cashier at Racetrack: Way to drive business away! I bet your owner loves you!

If you see STU run!!!!!!!!I've never left a google review or any review for that matter. I love going to this race track at night the employees are great and i've never had any issues here. The manager of this location, STU is extremely racist. I came in with a group of my friends, then all being black and me being white. As soon as we entered the employees began to hover around us. We got all our stuff and headed to the self checkout kiosks where he began to accuse my friends (everybody except me) of stealing when they had not finished paying or were trying to pay on two seperate cards. He continued to try to charge us for the total because his kiosk was saying declined when majority of the money was as already taken out of my friends bank which we showed him and he continued trying to accuse us of stealing, make us pay the total on top of the money already charged which would have come out to a almost 10$ charge for two pieces of pizza and a frozen drink. He was raising his voice with us, yelling in our faces and when we calmed down and tryed to stop arguing back with him, he would yell more and more aggressively at us. When we came back with the secretary of our school who he tried to call to get us in trouble, when she was really the mom of the girl whose face he was yelling in. He told her that her daughter paid for one item and "got ready to go" which was untrue she was paying separately, that one of us was mouthy when me and her were yelling at him in the same manner, and that we ignored one of the associates at the register. He also stated in his "apology" to my friend that "it was not because your you or because your young but because the baseball team came in A YEAR AGO treating it like a clubhouse so we were guilty by association" To get everything that happened i would exceed my character limit but just be very wary if you go here and know that stu is racist

Rude woman in the pizza area! She brought out a fresh pizza and I went to get a slice, it wasn't cut all the way so I asked if she could cut it more. She said No and told me to get a slice from an older pizza! What?I wanted the fresh one so I left with No pizza!Don't put put more pizza if you don't want people to have it fresh... just older pizza that was hardening

Walked in and got the “you’re too pretty to not be smiling” from an EMPLOYEE. Way to make a woman uncomfortable. It was an older African American man, works in the food area I believe, around 50. I responded with “that’s an unnecessary comment.” Let’s be respectful.
