I shop at Publix all the time but this one is the worst. I order a sandwich online from the deli before I head into work in the morning and I even put the time for earlier than I know I will be there because every time it is NEVER ready when I actually need it. Set an order for 8:45 today and I went in at 9:10 and it still was not ready. Went back at 9:40, still not ready. This happens to me every time.

Deli department needs an overhaul. They are normally slow but today took the cake. an hour and three minutes for a sandwich. Simply incompetent. I forgot they have a new Jersey mikes in the parking lot until I left or I would have gone there along time ago. Never again will I come here. It’s worth paying the extra to not go through this ever again

This Publix is very disappointing. Unfortunately, it's most convenient to my area. The workers are great, but management, including corporate management, really needs to improve. I'll only speak of my most recent issue with this location, although this is approximately the 12th time that I've had to return fruit in the last year. Recently, they have been selling Yellow Watermelons, some of the sweetest watermelons in the World. I've purchased 3 over the last 3 weeks, and have had to return 2, but the most recent watermelon I purchased was the most mind-boggling. The watermelon, pictured, taste like a cucumber & is nowhere near the yellow variety. The workers and other departments are well above average, but to return an average of 1 piece of fruit per month is ridiculous, and surely falls on management/upper-management to remedy.
