they have gone way down hill. staff is always changing. I have switched most of our household prescriptions to a different independent pharmacy but once in a while I have to get 1 medication here. They have told my pharmacist that I didn't have a prescription there but I did. I had to call them then they had to speak to the pharmacist in order to find it, keep in mind this was not a new but existing one with a refill. then we had our dr send over a prescription for the only one we need them to fill, confirming they had it said it would be ready in 1hr, still not ready the following morning. ended up taking almost 3 days to get them to fill it and this was for a heart medication.

Called 3 times confirming prescription, reached to hear its not ready with wait time 1 hr when it was urgent. Not recommended for sooner or urgent orders.

I'm always very pleased with the pharmacy at Publix! The pharmacist on staff took quality time with me to discuss my medication and even went to research information that he wasn't sure of. I highly recommended this pharmacy!

Can not get any staff member to answer the phone. I went to the pharmacy to request refill of meds and the request was never completed. The staff is rude and does not comprehend what it takes to supply decent customer service

This use to be the best pharmacy. Idk what has happened. You cannot get anyone on the phone and when you do, they will put you on hold for 10+ mins. My doctor will call in a prescription and it’s the biggest hassle getting it filled by them. You have to follow up a million times.

This is the 3rd time they messed up prescription and now I am waiting 20 minutes @ drive thru. I am next in line. The person in front has a problem with their prescription and I am asked to go inside. Uggh!!

Clearly, there’s been a change of staff in the pharmacy at Publix lost Mountain. What went to being one of my best pharmacies to the worst overnight. This new staff clearly comes from an inner-city environment where customer service is not valued.. very rude!! I among others I’ve spoke to there while doing business will be changing pharmacies. Clearly management either refuses to take notice or doesn’t care as well.
