Eli was very courteous when he called 20 minutes before the earliest time window start &!I said “it’s not quite time yet on my window. I was not on location but he let me know I would be the next in line. He came back and everything was good. It was my fault I was not quite ready as I did not see the forwarded timeframe window emailed to California until 3am. Moving is tough. Eli put me at ease. Thank you.

I had a great experience with PODS! I have been working with Rebekah Crowe for a few years while navigating by moves and she offers amazing customer service. In addition, I have to mention Mac from this office. His customer service and professionalism from start to finish helping me was 10/10. I could not have moved and stored by belongings without PODS! I highly recommend and would use their service again when needed! Thank you!

The pods were dropped in a very timely manner and placed exactly where we asked. We had zero issues with the units and pick up was easy to schedule and went smoothly. Great service all around and would recommend it to anyone who needs this type of storage/moving help.

We just got our pod dropped off and it was so easy and convenient. Eli called and gave us an exact time when he would arrive and it literally did not even take 10min to be done. Eli’s service was 10/10!
