The gentlemen here are very courteous and knowledgeable. This has my go to autoshop for our family for years now, and I am so very glad they are part of our community. If you ever need a quick oil change or emissions, swing by here. For larger repairs, I think appointments are required.

Always a pleasure to do business with. Thanks to keen eyes, the technicians spotted an issue with my tires while keeping up with my routine oil change. I had no clue the alignment was off causing severe damage to the inside of my front tires.
Having all 4 replaced later that day, I was horrified at the condition I could not see as the tire shop pulled them off. Big thanks for going the extra mile and keeping me safely on the road always.
Owner is kind and always helpful.
Shop is clean and the wait is never long.

I've been taking vehicles here for oil changes and emissions for years. They used to act like they cared. Had an oil change yesterday. Sat in my vehicle and watched under the lifted hood as the tech did absolutely nothing other than put in new oil. He brings me my receipt and all the 14 items state "CHECKED". As he hands it to me, he asks do you need any of the other fluids checked? I'm like, "uhh, isn't that what I am paying for and what your receipt states that you already did?"

I’ve been a customer here since 2013. A co-worker referred me to Lost Mountain Express back then when I had trouble with my Honda. I really lucked out because the owner Brian actually has over 30 yrs experience working with Hondas. All the mechanics areprofessional, knowledgeable, and will honestly explain your vehicle’s diagnostics. And they don’t rip you off or treat you like a fool just ‘cause you’re a woman. This place is a blessing and hidden treasure.

My dad regularly uses this establishment for oil changes on both his vehicles. While out running his errands I stopped in to allow them to change his oil. While there the technician popped his head in and asked me if is your tire pressure light on? Of course I replied, no. I just had new tires put on the car less than two months ago. On the way home the tire pressure warning light came on. I finally got around to checking the pressure. All four tires had 36 psi after the new tires were put on and today all four were exactly 10 lbs pressure lighter. It all became very clear to me, now. He lowered the pressure in my tires by 10 psi and was checking to make sure he didn't let out too much to turn my gauge on. I asked for an oil change ONLY. I'm blown away of the audacity. My brand new tires riding around for two months without optimum tire pressure. Now I wonder what oil they put in my dad's car. I won't be back. That kind of shady business tactic is below the belt and have to wonder if it's because I'm a woman. You lost a repeat customer!Service: Oil change
