The weekday attendant named Eva refused to help or refund for a waterless washer on October 9 @ 11:16 on washer 23. I had to find her outside by her white car & she advised me to come back on Saturday. I came back & Amanda took care of me & I’m happy with the service she provided because I shouldn’t have had to come back 3 times when Eva could’ve helped me at that time.

This is my first time using homestyle laundry the place is really nice it's very clean very quiet the only thing I don't like is their prices are a little high.

My most recent visit motivated me to hurry up and get my washer repaired.
I washed two loads on Monday, July 1st, 2024. It was early in the evening. I completed my washing before 8 pm.
The laundromat needed much attention. The floors and machines were dirty. I loaded my dirty clothes into a washer, then removed them because it smelled sour.
The restroom lacked toiletries - no toilet paper, paper towels, or hand soap. There was an old school air freshener sitting on top of the center washing machines that needed to be replaced.
There was a backdoor that isn't used for the public that smelled like mildew.
My star rating fits my experience.
The place is becoming gross and unsafe due to the mildew smell.

Plenty of washers & dryers. Great prices. They have a very clean place. They also sell detergent, dryer sheets & snacks. They have coin machines too.

literally live right across the street I came over here and loaded up my clothes in the washing machine just to unload the clothes cuz I realized how much of a rip-off they are unbelievable they'll be lucky if I come back to use their dryers

The price recently went up.
2 of 3 change machines are not working.
5 of 24 dryers are not working.
A long wait to get wet clothes in a dryer.
I'll be looking for a new location...

Much improved from the previous owners and the addition of the Dexter system and being able to pay with an app is a major plus. But recently there have been lots of machines down when we went in.

My first time here, the atmosphere was Great! Not a lot of noise, even though there were quite a few customers there at the time. Had a small problem where I didn't think the washer was working properly, the manager on site, gave me a Free wash, with no questions or problems. The dryers get very hot, so it didn't take long to dry which was great also.
They even have the Dexter Pay Rewards App, which is always a plus, offering free washing, and drying! Great customer service, I will be back!

Clean compared to others in the neighborhood, places to sit, toys for kids to play with, free WiFi, and u can buy washing detergent. Not much else is needed. Most machines are functioning great and take apply pay which was super super convenient.

Except for very uncontrollably children while their mom just let them do whatever. Very clean very very few WORKING DRYERS WHICH WAS A HUGE HASSLE FOR ALL INVOLVED. The attendant VERY POLITE, CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND GENUINELY HELPFUL. AWESOME.

It was easy to get in and out, but it was very unkempt.Lack of cleanliness was unappealing, to say the least.I'd rather drive farther for a clean property.
