Never had a complaint about this store until now. I received a store credit for ($8.48) for a hose handle that was returned. I went to use the store credit they gave me to cover some of the balance, and it showed "card offline" and then it didn't let me use it. The woman told me to use another self-checkout machine and they're it's showing my store credit had a $0.00 balance. Got sent to Customer Service, where I explained the situation and they called their manager Logan, and said "there's nothing we can do, my manager said you need to go online for help". I go online for help and the person helping me says "That's odd because the store can absolutely assist with this, it's an in store credit and they are absolutely empowered to help you with this. They should've never sent you to the website. I would be happy to help if this was an actual gift card or a refund for an online order, but since it was an in-store return that was refunded to a store credit, only the store that processed the refund can help with this". So no one can help me in actually giving me my money back! Regardless of the amount, it was MY money that you don't want to help in returning to me. So THANK YOU for stealing from me!

Pro department is a 5 star always , is worth me driving some extra miles., Thornton Rd HD is closer to me but terrible customer service.

Stopped in H/D in PowderSprings on New Year’s Day, 2024. A # of associates asked if they could help me while I was browsing in lighting (thank you, appreciate it). Good crew.When associate Matilda came by I had some questions (under counter lights) and she was so friendly, polite, nice and helpful! We found exactly what I needed (out of a huge selection) very quickly. Great customer service.I also made a return at the service desk with Janice and she alsoprovided friendly, great customer service, rare these days! These two associates absolutely made my day! They are an asset to Home Depot and great employees who really care about their customers and it’s appreciated Thanks again!

When my washing machine stopped working I bought the replacement here and now My fridge stopped working and I bought a replacement here as well, customer service was very good. Phone call prior to my visit was super helpful.

I stopped at HD to grab a few items and could not find 1 item and was looking and looking when I saw this lady who was I belive stocking shelves and ask , she turn to me with most beautiful smile and said she would find the item and she didThank you !!!! She was amazing het name was Kim D

In one day I encountered 3 very unprofessional, disrespectful, and ignorant employees of low rank. Though the managers their seem to have some common sense, it's a shame that they don't know how to train anybody. Stay away from the tool rental and the customer service desk unless you want to be victimized and robbed by feminist pigs. Go to lowes stay far away from this location the only reason youd revisit this location would be to retrieve stolen money. They will enjoy wasting your time there stay far away this is not like anyother HD

It's sad that a company like this has let the service get so bad. I came to return an item and I was told that I couldn't because they shut the registers down for the night at the service desk.Then I look over and there are many registers open to sell something but since im requiring the lazy employees to actually work they just say that they are closed.Well this will be the last time I ever spend a dime with this corporation. I will either pay more and drive 15 minutes extra to buy from Ace or drive an additional 20 minutes to go to Lowe's. At least there I will be treated like a customer.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I needed help in the tool department and "Cam" came over to assist. He seemed like it was a bother to help me from the start, and proceeded to utter words under his breath that made me uncomfortable enough to leave. I didn't purchase the 2 items that I collected due to how "Cam" talked to me. He was very rude & made me feel very uncomfortable and uneasy. I won't be shopping at this location EVER again; I'm a GC who basically lives at Home Depot I'm there so much, so to have this type of customer service displayed to me, I was appalled. Do better Home Depot.

Staff is pretty helpful here. I appreciate when I am asked if I need something vs having to find and flag down a worker. I ended up purchasing what I needed without wasting too much time in the store.

This place is hell to get paint from. Walked in, employees see you standing waiting to be helped and they ignore you. The 2 women in the return area said “we will be right with you” never came , walked out and went to another location, had someone help me soon as I got there , in and out in 10 min. Keep hiring those lazy employees HomeDepot

This is the most unprofessional home depot you'll ever visit, and if your disabled you could seriously injure yourself or die, because of their neglect. I talked to the manager and he said " I can't make the employees do anything!" It's not my fault. I called corporate and they will not take your complaint. Horrible business.

Mr. Nathan in the tool rental station is the definition of greatest of all time every time I come up there to rent he is accurate and knows his job to a tee I appreciate him and hope you get a raise you are worth it

Don't use them for truck and van rentals. The customer service associates are very nice at this location. But I rented a truck through them days before my move. They charged my card as soon as I submitted the requests. 3 hours before my move they canceled my reservation because they "ran out of the vehicle" I had already reserved and put down a deposit for. What a garbage way to do business. I better not ser the $150 charge on my card come Monday because how ridiculous?! What kind of system is that???
