This is my 3rd visit with Ms. Gina. She is old school & knows everything there is to know about hair. She's very honest with her clients & takes the time to establish a relationship with them. I was referred to her & I'm glad I came.

Schedule appointment for 10am on 7/14/22 and no one was there for my appointment. I waited for someone to come and open up for 30 minutes finally I left and went to another place else.

Called this location to find out if they had any openings for a wig installation and the lady on the phone said yes to come in at 11am. Got there on time, for my wig to be install; she took 4hrs 30mins to install my wig from 11am to 3:30pm. Which when I asked how long it was going to take before she started, she mentioned she’ll take an 1hr 30mins. When I tried to talk about it she had the nerve to ask if I’ve ever done a wig installation before? Then she asked if I wanted to live with the job not done yet. I stayed calm and she kept talking why doing my hair and doing another client hair as well. I gave it one star ⭐️ because if you don’t you won’t be able to comment. On top of that she applied glue all over my for head and left me with a lister notice that the next day. She’s very rude, talk too much and di respectful. I won’t go here ever again.

I recommend everyone! GiGi is so professional and knows her work. She promotes in healthy hair and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I love her and her work so much that 3 out of my 4 girls and my mom along with myself go to her. She’s very efficient and you’re guaranteed to get exactly what you want. My kids range in ages from 18 to 10 & they all love GiGi and how professional she is . We’re locked in for good & will continue to be her walking advertisements!Services: Haircut

I was visiting Ga from another state and i was able to get a same day appointment. The owner was very professional. I could tell she had a lot of experience in not only styling hair but in maintaining healthy hair. I was very pleased with the service I received!

Ms. Gigi, where do I start, from the initial meeting and throughout our time together, she is not only a beautiful lady, her spirit is beautiful.Ms. Gigi is extremely informative, amazingly professional, she helps you understand her process, she gives you what you ask for and she is extremely talented. I enjoyed the time at the salon, after the styling, and throughout the day. I was with her twice, 2 days, I decided to have another service, It felt like home. You actually feel safe and in excellent hands.I feel like I’ve known her for years. She’s easy too talk to, and still is about her business. It’s extremely easy to be around her and enjoy the atmosphere.The Salon is very welcoming, the color palette is very stylish.Again, I’ve been going to salons pretty much all my life, since I was a teenager, and you only meet this type of person a couple times in your life. I feel the presence of kindness and a caring spirit. I like that she’s concerned with the health of your hair and making sure that you are happy and pleased. Again, her talents and knowledge are seen and heard in the consultation initially.I will be recommending her to the world and around the world. I’m sure, the presence of the Lord is in the establishment, but I think everyone should know her and know her talents. It’s just what you look for in this industry as a client.Experiences like that are very rare, I feel when you meet a person with a pleasant disposition as she has, you definitely share that experience with everyone.If you haven’t found a stylist that makes you feel like your at home. I had my hair relaxed, cut and styled by Ms. Hicks. She does excellent work and the price is right! She provides a great atmosphere, relaxed yet professional. I never feel rushed. She takes the time to get my hair looking good. Highly recommended.
