What a pleasant surprise to search and find "Forever Angels Florist" . We needed a last minute Happy Birthday flower arrangement for our daughter and "Forever Angels Florist" came through to the rescue. Customer service is incredible and does everything she promises to do ...all with tender loving care...Call them and you will not be disappointed..

We needed last minute flowers for my mother's day, with delivery. They were nice and listened to what we had in mind. They even suggested some options we didn't even know we needed but,was genius! My mom loved them! and of course we loved our experience even more because she did.We will trust our gift flower arrangements as long as they are willing to help!

I needed some flowers for a friend who lives in GA who had surgery. I live in VA. This company was more than accommodating to my need. Mindy who I spoke with was the nicest and most helpful person!! It’s hard to find good customer service let alone great customer service!Thank you Forever Angels for superseding my expectations and making this a fun and easy experience!! I bought these flowers for a coworker whose mom passed away. I do not live in her state and as a matter of fact, I had called many other florists trying to give them my business. No one else answered the phone. I left a message on the receipt that I wanted a picture of the bouquet before it was sent and that's exactly what I got. As a matter of fact, I work from home so I didn't answer the lady right away. She kept reaching out until she got a hold of me, sent the bouquet to another phone number at my request and allowed me to approve it. I thought it was going to take an hour to get to her house and she had the flowers 10 minutes after. These people are prompt, have great customer service and charge very reasonable prices. If I ever need to buy flowers for somebody else in that area again, these will be the people I call.

The floral arrangement purchased and the experience with the staff of Forever Angels were both absolutely amazing! Mindy is a SUPERIOR florist! She is extremely professional, very personable, listened to what we were hoping for, and she far exceeded our expectations on the arrangement! It was our first time using Forever Angels, but it will certainly not be our last. The recipient couple stated that they were speechless at how beautiful and unique the floral arrangement was!! I ordered the deluxe version of the blossoming romance bouquet. To describe what arrived - I ordered the extra large and received a small. The right flowers were included, there were just far too few of them to even be an accurate portrayal of the ‘standard’ bouquet, let alone the upgraded version (as an example the standard bouquet pictured has 8 roses on the side view of the bouquet - my bouquet had fewer roses than the standard and again... I paid for the deluxe).

Over three weeks and never responded to my email. The worst in thirty years from what I ordered to what was delivered. I would have gotten better from the street dealer at a quarter the price. Especially in these times when so many businesses are going under I get this kind of treatment. Beyond pathetic.

What a refreshing and pleasant company to deal with. The sweet woman already had all the information for a funeral that I needed to send flowers to. Forever Angels Floris really do have the best manners.
