I’ve had my homeowners insurance policy with this company for about 5 years, I hardly call Spencer for anything. Last year 2021 I called Farmers claims department regarding a leaking roof, after a hail storm, claim got denied, house & roof 19 years old. So fine- I replaced my entire roof May of 2021 with an upgraded forever-shingles, spent 10K, called to update the policy for my new roof- No reply !Today 4/19/22 at 12:17pm, I called Spencer to discuss my policy, the rate, and coverages, he stated “I’ll call you back in 40 minutes”. Hour and 30 minutes later- no call back !!!! I called again at 1:48pm…. Spencer-“ Oh I’m too busy”. Lied and didn’t call back like he said, and a total lack of customer service.It’s time to find a different insurance company, this agent will sign you up for a policy, but don’t bother calling to ask about policy adjustments- He doesn’t have time. To Hell with you !!!!
