I have taken my 14-year old service dog to Dallas Highway Animal Hospital for many years. Despite diagnoses of Cushing's Disease and squamous cell carcinoma in recent years, Prissy continues to live an excellent life for a dog her age.
Everyone at DHAH is top-notch, from the front desk, to the techs, to the vets - all of them are second-to-none! I am so very grateful for the incredible care they continue to provide Prissy with. I could not hope for more caring and compassionate veterinary care for her!

Dallas Highway Animal Hospital has been my wife and my vet for all of our animals for years now, and I can confidently tell you that they are easily one of the best vets in the state. They all work incredibly hard to do what's best for your pet, and you can tell everyone on the staff deeply cares for animals. They have gone out of our way numerous times to accomodate our sick pets, and have shown to be an exceptional group of people.

I was impressed with the treatment they gave my puppy. Especially ZOE, She was fantastic. Dr. Tietjen was very good and direct in his findings. I highly recommend their service.

Our pup was bit by a snake on a Sunday so we unfortunately had to take her somewhere else but Dr.Roberts has been amazing in treatment and recommendations when we were able to bring her in on Monday. She even took into account the amount we’ve spent at the other vet knowing we had already spent quite a bit there. The vet techs and reception are also amazing and are so sweet with my pup. They are quick to respond in their portal within business hours and try not to nickel and dime you. My dog is almost fully recovered and I am forever grateful!

Sadly my first experience with Dallas High Animal Hospital had to be with saying goodbye to our dog, Fluffy, 16 years old. Fluffy's health was on a rapid decline and this was the first time experience my wife and I had to go through. I contacted multiple establishments for advice and prices, but for what we had agreed upon the prices were too high.
We felt frustrated that many of these establishments cost a premium price to relieve the pain until I discovered Dallas High Animal Hospital. Their prices were extremely fair and what they offered afterwards was great.
They had the room prepared for us, understood we needed privacy, and didn't want to bring our situation to the other client's attention.
They were so kind and poured their love into Fluffy during the process. When it was all over, I noticed the lobby lights were off which I assumed was a sign of respect for what happened and again to give us privacy with the other clients.
Weeks went by after our visit and we received a consoladances card and handwritten messages from all of their staff. It was a sweet gesture and help brought everything to a close.
If you are in a time of need, I would strongly recommend Dallas Highway Animal Hospital.

This practice is wonderful. They took care of my cat and performed surgery and saved his life. During the surgery I received updates on how he was doing. Most recently I took my puppy there. I don't have a lot of experience with dogs so I had a lot of questions. They patiently answered all of them and were just wonderful. I couldn't recommend the practice more.

The team at Dallas Highway Animal hospital never cease to amaze me. Even though they are an extremely busy practice they always succeed in giving us the best care. Their staff is amazing from the front desk(Ellen and Amber), Vet Techs (Jessie and others) to the doctors (Dr.Roberts and others). I don’t want to forget to mention Callie always with a smile. We appreciate the dedication and exceptional care you always provide for our animals.
