This is not a bank persay. They have no access to cash payroll checks All they have is cubicles for you to talk to someone about your account but actually doing something about your account like getting money out You have to either do through an ATM or drive to a completely different bank. My question is what's the point of this place if it's not a bank it says Chase Bank on the outside but you can't conduct Chase Bank business here? Does that seem logical to anyone else?

This bank is about as useful as single ply toilet paper on a rainy day .-They don’t make cashier’s checks-You can’t do transfer money in bank-They don’t have cash in the “BANK”What can you do here !! Besides racial profile and say “we don’t do what a traditional bank does”.STOP WASTING A PUBLIC SPACE

They are extremely slow. I sat outside and waited on them to open. I walked in the bank at 9am. No other customers were in the bank. The young lady was new and desperately needed help. I asked the other guys to help her and instead of helping her the other 2 guys sat there talking about their previous jobs. It took 45 minutes to get a check endorsed. There has to be a better process and better customer service.

This is my third trip to this bank to try to close a credit card I received without requesting. All three times I sat for over 20 minutes without being acknowledged-mostly because there are no humans on the main room. I saw a woman walk in & out three times today but she never stayed out longer than 30 seconds. I'm not the only person to leave today. Time to switch to my credit union.

Drive thru closes at 5, not 6. They don't answer their phones. Teller doesn't inform you if there will be a hold on your deposit until after they finalize it. I deposited money orders that were purchased with cash and they placed a 3 day hold on them. The entire point of purchasing money orders is that they are supposed to be the same as cash, no hold needed.

Always super friendly people. New indoor ATMs are pretty swanky.

Useless since they went automated. Offers absolutely nothing you cant do online. I went in to deposit a check with my deposit slip and ID and they cant do that transaction. Want rolls of coins? Forget it. Pretty much anything you want to see a teller for, you must not go to this branch. For day to day banking, it's just a giant ATM.

I have never had better customer service before. I sat down with both Aaron and Gloria to start a savings account and they were kind and helpful through the process.

I usually don't leave reviews but I feel like I have to in this situation. My wife and I needed help with our accounts and I went by this branch and worked with Aaron recently. I have literally never had anyone at any other establishment be so kind and willing to help out. I plan to refer all of my friends and family and I will be a life long customer for sure! Better customer service than Chick-Fil-A!

I went into the Lost Mountain branch to report an unauthorized transaction on my account on 6-17-2018. I approached the branch manager Katrina L. Thompson and asked her if I could speak with her. She said yes so I sat down. I then began explain to her the details of the unauthorized charge. After a couple of minutes she looked at me and said she had a meeting to attend to and we had not finished our discussion. She continued to talk with me about the unauthorized charge but she seemed as though I was bothering her. I then replied I can come back Monday. She nocontinued to discuss the details with me. All of a sudden another customer appeared at her cubicle. She then told the lady I will be right with you. I then left feeling wow she simply had a customer the same as me but rushed me to get out of her cubicle so she could attend to the other customer. As I left the more I thought about it the more I thought to myself, what a terrible customer service experience. She's a Branch Manager ? Now you know why Chase Bank has a 2.8 rating. They are screwed up from the top down. And she didn't have a meeting at all she lied. It was another Chase member just like me who needed assistance. Unbelievable !!!!

Nickel and dime you. I had a chase check and they wanted to charge me a check cashing fee!! I own a small business and get paid by checks frequently, and this is the first time any bank has tried to charge me a fee. Will I ever want to do business with Chase? Absolutely not!

Been with the Lost Mountain Chase branch for a couple years. They have helped me effectively setup my personal accounts, my business accounts, and have rewarded me when I came on board with them. To this day they continue to help me solve my financial problems and continually demonstrate that they appreciate my business. The staff is friendly and competent and they are supported by great, user friendly, technology that has the flexibility that one needs as a customer in this day and age. If you need help with your banking, stop by this branch and talk to Relationship Banker, Matt Van Horn you'll be glad you did.
