Brad was VERY helpful! He took the time needed (1 hour) to talk through every step and explain the process, rates, savings, and made sure I would be completely satisfied with switching my auto and home insurance over from Progressive and State Farm! I would highly recommend him! Thank you for all your help ensuring I would save as much money as possible during this recession! He totally gets it!

I have been a StateFarmCustomer for years now and the main reason why i am here is because of a young lady that works for them by the name of Mrs Jennifer. Her customer service. Her attitude her non hesitation to always help me even when they are closing and shutting down have always kept me as a customer. State Farm itself is amazing but Mrs Jennifer is even more amazing and i thank you for always being so energetic even on your sick days. The courtesy calls a day before everything. I enjoyed a calm, knowledgeable, and understanding conversation with Kelly today. She was able to shed some light on some possible policy savings in the future, but also explain it so that I didn’t feel manipulated or over-promised - like when she said we can’t expect drive safe and save discounts mid-renewal period.
