I ordered two books from another bookseller, which I never received. I filed a missing items complaint with USPS. Instead of searching for my mail, USPS handed my books to this seller. The books have unique IDs from the original seller who has confirmed that these are indeed the books that they shipped to me. Don't do business with them as they do business with other people's stolen property.

Hello, Do not purchase from this vendor. They are not honest about their books. I purchased a new book and received a used book with the code scratched off. Totally lied about everything. I would never use them again!

Wow! I ordered a book online from Big River Books - what a mistake! They described the book as simply "damaged" on Abe Books yet the book in question had the front cover nearly cut completely off by a razor and then poorly taped back on to keep it from falling off.... A few pages behind the cover got the razors slash as well. Big River Books response? They said it was described as "damaged." When you read "damaged" regarding a book the last thing you expect is that the book has been cut up. Beware of buying second hand used books from this place. You may regret it like several others have you see that left reviews about this book seller here.... The thing is, I could have paid (which I later did) just a few dollars more and gotten a brand new copy of said book. Learn from my mistake. The pricing with shipping from Big River Books was deceptive as well. You'd think the damage at that price couldn't be that bad, right? Wrong. Watch out.
