Have been coming here for 10 years. Recently they haven't been doing a good job at all. First, failed to do alterations to my daughter's dress and when they final where done, they were wrong. This time dropped clothes of to be cleaned , told to pick up ON THURSDAY, the girl working couldn't find them. Came back the next morning to find out that the clothes were never sent out. Now waiting while they press a jacket to get pressed. Done with this place.

Absolutely AWFUL customer service from the lady they working in the evening. Rude is an understatement. Yeah folks are correct, this place deserves a 'zero' rating. Not only did I have to deal with the rudest person I have encountered in years, they also made a mistake on a pair of my pants. Getting her to just tell me who I needed to speak to about it made the entire experience even worse. She actually "I have no idea what they do with the clothes here, I just work the computers." I promise I'm not making that up. It was as bad as this sounds ...

They have a Temporary Hours posted but the old hours are still up. The lady working turned off the light earlier than 4:00 the new Temporary Hours. Then she said I already closed the computers.Once I get my clothes I will NOT be returning there.

This might be the worst cleaners I’ve ever encountered. I brought in clothes to be dry cleaned and pressed (mix of blazers, dresses, slacks and blouses). My bill was $150. One of my blazers had a damaged collar and I left it there for them to fix and return. ALL of my other clothes were wrinkled. Visibly wrinkled. For a $150 dry cleaning bill, this is totally unacceptable. I will NOT return to this location.

If I could rate zero, I would. My mother and I both needed some clothing altered so we went here. When we arrived the woman seemed knowledgeable and confident in what she was doing. After we paid and picked up our clothes for an overpriced service we realized how poorly done our alterations had been completed. My mother's pants had seems untied and were falling out, my bodysuit is destroyed beyond fixing and if I wanted to wear it I would have to cover the entire top. Bottom line, she does not know what she is doing. Don't go here unless you want to be over charged for poor quality workmanship and ruined clothes.
