“Not bad experience. I guess they do truck rental on first come first serve basis. Beware the availability online may not be the same at the store. Drove to this location because I was told a truck was available to rent. When I arrived it took the workers 15 minutes to finally agree that they had a van available and find the correct keys. Once everything was all straight all other service was good.”

“I got a great deal on a large load washing machine here about six weeks ago and have been very pleased with it as well as the salesman, the discounted prices, the choices and the machine I picked. Delivery was by a contractor and that experience was also five star. Smith has new AND some scratch & dent appliances; you tell them your budget and features desired and they’ll show you what they have in stock. This was my third time buying from them in 20 years.”

“These guys are awesome! My husband and I were helped immediately upon entering the store. We let them know that we lived in another city, and they still helped us tremendously! We purchased during the Thanksgiving Holiday, and were told some of our items couldn't be delivered until after. “Truckers:Stop at the gate and go to intercom on the right. They will want you to verify the address. Shipping/Receiving is about half way down on the right, not far. Go into the office. Sign in first, then go to the phone on the wall. There's a number list for the department you need. Call it and wait a few seconds. Someone will come to the office. There is a restroom to the left of the phone.Good experience for me. Arrived 5:15pm for 6pm apt. They put me in a door immediately. Had me loaded by 6:15pm.Great job. Very much appreciated.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Kim D today at the Home Depot in Austell. She is a fellow veteran as I am a veteran of the US Army we both served in KUWAIT during Desert Storm. She went out of her way to assist me with my kitchen faucet leak. It was difficult to find the part I needed but Kim D did not stop until I left the store with the correct part. Her customer service and attention to detail skills are second to none. She sets the bar high for public service and commitment to her job. Her pleasant demeanor and smile are priceless.
