I choose the UPS in Port Wentworth GA because we have become like family. They are wonderful and give great service to their customers. Their location is 5 miles from our home. That’s a huge plus for us seniors.

I have used this store for 5 years and never had an issue or complaint until today. I am a UPS driver's wife (35 years of service) and will NEVER go back to this store again.
The older gentleman working the counter was BEYOND rude. Looks like this man should revisit your training process to refine his Customer Service skills. I thought it was just me, but another customer stopped me in the parking lot to tell me she was treated the same way. I WILL go out of my way to use another UPS store.
8/14/24 - Much better service. Kinah and Anise provided great customer service. Courteous, helpful, full of good energy and good vibes.

This place has certainly changed over the years. Although, the ladies are nice most of the time, they are not really nice to one another. I witnessed them gossiping about another employee. I have also, witness rude behavior to the customers at times. Also, they never answer the store's phone. It is always forwarded to the voicemail. I called to inform them that some of my documents weren't in the bag when I picked it up and ended up having to ride up there twice when they could have emailed it to me. Again, THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE and that is aggravating. They really should have 2 people working in there everyday at the same time or hire more people and open at 7 a.m. because it is the summer time and the place stays busy.

I had something faxed on 5/28/2024 at 11:45am and could not get my confirmation number. The young lady said I would have to wait 1 hour for confirmation slip. She said she will call me once she get the conf. slip. Never received the called. After 4 hrs later I went back to UPS still no confirmation slip. She said it was still in the faxed machine. This is ridiculous and my faxed was a emergency that needed to handle that day. Anyway, the next day I called at 8:30am and 8:45am verify if my confirmation slip printed out, no answered. This why I am giving this facility one star.

Today I had a return that would not fit in the box. The worker came from behind the counter & worked harder than me to fit it in the box! Above & beyond customer service!

I Came Into UPS To Fax A Whole Bunch Of Papers Off & Brandy Made My Day. First & Foremost, Every Employee That Was There Were Very Welcoming & Overall Amazing.Brandy Is Awesome, Attentive & Knowledgeable. She Made The Process So Smooth. She Even Gave Me A Courtesy Call To Let Me Know That The Fax Went Through & Also Sent Me A Picture Of The Confirmation Since I Was Too Far & Wouldn’t Be Able To Double Back For It. Overall My Experience Was A 10/10 & I Would Definitely Be Doing Business With Them Again.

On today, 1/26/24, Anise (if that is their name) who was at the store during the closing hours, took it upon themselves to close the location early and disconnect the phones from receiving incoming calls. My sister arrived to send me an important package and the door was locked at 6:57PM. This location closes at 7PM. She also stated she had shut down all systems except the in-store kiosk for pre-paid labels. This is unacceptable and I’m not sure what manager allows employees to close the store and stop serving customers ahead of the posted store hours. I intend to continue escalating and would appreciate a follow-up to this complaint.
