I've had great interacting with staff previously but when I went in to let them know of a defective bottle of mixer there was one woman who tried to help but the short woman was rude, unhelpful and hollering at me. The nice blonde lady really did try to help but was prevented by the rude woman. I ended up leaving and just reaching out to the manufacturer who will be replacing the product.

I saw a bourbon hunter make a YouTube video about this store, so I drove an hour to check it out. I will be making more trips in the future. The staff is very nice and helpful.
