Never has enough food at the deli for lunch Came in at 12 they had nothing out on display. Everything was still going to take 30 minutes to cook. Never have anything ready worse Publix I have ever seen

Justin the manager was chatting up a lady instead of helping the lines clear. Waited about 15 minutes to check out because he did absolutely nothing but stand there while people worked there behind off around him. I am Disgusted by his laziness and lack of care for the store and his employees. Not to mention they managed to lose my simple pub sub order.

Pub sub is a disaster. Waited over 30 minutes on a sub. Order placed at 12:14 pm and at 12:52 still nothing. Worked on in person orders over those who ordered first online. Lady at counter was rude.
I shop at Publix multiple times in a week.
I love this place but this area is unacceptable.
Update: ordered in the morning, told bread wouldn’t be ready for 15 minutes after my pick up time.
Why doesn’t Publix do better here?

Customer service lately is lacking, Today Luisa and Isaiha never acknolwedged me, never spoke a word to me, but they carried on a converstation in spanish to each other, very inappropriate, I will call them out on this next time..

Please stop shopping at this store because it is not clean. The deli is nasty. The employees in the deli are lazy. This store never keeps any water on the shelves. The guy with the blue hair who works in the deli is very rude, and he closes the hot bar at 6:45p.m. or at 7:30p.m. He also does not speak( shopping at Publix is not a pleasure anymore) Finding a lot of open containers just sitting around the store. Also the ice maker stand or soda stand is always nasty and disgusting people will leave their calf drunk cups up there with their straw in it. There's always nasty old food around the stand that little rug is wet all the time. The tea and lemonade spills over is always sticky. I was there one day when a young lady came in talking to someone in customer service about the lemonade busting open and the container being very flimsy. Also the price is in Publix are high and I saw a young employee in the fruits and vegetables drop the food on the floor then put it back up on the stand for someone to come by it. Who wants to eat food off the store floor. The bread is just out in the open for bugs to get on it. The customer service is really nice, and some of the managers. However, the whole deli needs to be revised. This store is too busy for them not to keep hardly anything in stock. The other stores in Pooler are a lot bigger and better. The delis are certainting a lot more cleaner.
Sincerely, Publix is no longer a pleasure.
