Publix pharmacy has gone downhill these past couple of months! I will not be using this pharmacy anymore . So rude and disrespectful . The catches an attitude cause you see someone in the drive threw to get the medications sit there roll her eyes and huffs and puffs. This is ridiculous get better publix pharmacy.

Ashley at the pharmacy could use some customer care training. Her tone is very rude and dismissive. She seemed impatient on the phone and in person when I asked her about the process of getting the Good RX coupon. She also does not respond when a customer tells her thank you.

Strike 2 for this place and I won’t be back. Ordered wings for 6pm pickup. They were not ready and I kept being told “5 more minutes “. Half hour later I got my wings. On another occasion I walked up to the deli with no customers and 3 people behind the counter going about their business. When one of them decided to acknowledge me, she said “we’ll be with you in a few minutes “. A few minutes?? There are 3 of you back there! Why is my time not valued? I told them I had one other item to get and I’d be back. Found what I needed at the back of the store and headed to checkout. Bye!

I don’t recommend the pharmacy. Brooke, is rude and doesn’t want to help customers. She also think customers can’t move pharmacies. I will never do business with this pharmacy because of my encounter with Brooke.

I placed an order of Thursdayfor my daughter’s first birthday. I asked if I could pick it up on Saturday at 2:30 and they said sure. I got there today to pick it up and it was not ready. They said that they were about to start on it because they were running behind.

the customer service!! everyone was genuinely nice and helpful. yesterday an error was made with my order at the deli. I didn't want to go back out there then. I called and explained the situation and was told to come back today. I was very pleased with how it was handled. very professional! oh and the Chicken!! did you hear me the fried chicken you have to try it. it's delicious!! the breast are tender and Juicy. I keep going back for more. I wouldn't buy fried chicken anywhere else I can't get enough. I love it!! I give it 5 stars!!

Store as a whole is great but the deli is terrible at having chicken available. 3 days in a row stopped by to get dinner I didn't have to cook but apparently the deli also didn't feel like cooking either.
