If you are a gas RV/motorhome do not stop here! The parking lot and the gas pumps are terrible to get in and out of.

Don't eat at the subway here. they don't know what they doing. I ordered two chicken bacon ranch subs from here an had a coupon for two subs. the girl making my food put one tray of meat across a whole foot long then I had to remind her to put the bacon on the sub after she already toasted it. then the other lady rung me up for 2 chipotle subs add bacon causing my sub to be way more than what it was supposed to be then when I said something she just gave me a stupid look an said your subs were both 10 a piece but she rung me up for the wrong sub. When I finally get home to eat my sub it feels like I'm literally biting in to just bread. Don't eat here.

Lots of options for food and coffee. Pilot in general has always been a good travel stop.

This pilot has had multiple problems with their showers. In the 10 months I've passed through here several times, not once have the showers been available or operating. Each time there's always issues regarding the towels being used up. When I asked tonight if showers would be available again within 24 hours, a store clerk responded with a shrug of the shoulders and a "ehhh I don't know". I had to explain, for some odd reason, that I'm traveling and trying to plan accordingly. Then more description of the current issue is shared. It could have been a very simple situation of being told they'd be ready again in an hour or two max. Rather...it was "ehhh, I don't know" when in reality that's just a lazy response with no consideration for the fact that a lot of people who stop into these are traveling. Literally. Just like truckers. This place needs help fixing their issues. It's absurd how bad this location is and it's one of the worse in the country by far. I can definitely say that considering I travel around the country full time and constantly go to places like Pilot.

This place is by far the worst (not just Pilots) gas station I ever saw in my life. And as a professional drive, we've been places.Laundry corner is absolutely disgusting. On a shower a wait time is hourse, not because it's because, but because no one is working, no one is cleaning it. While few girls behind the register gossip, and visibly annoyed while you are approaching the register.There is few other locations in the area, few other stations in this area, AVOID THIS ONE. Absolutely disgusting!!!

January 12th around 7:30 p.m. I walked in with a burrito that I have purchased at this location. the first bite tasted okay but the second bite was horrid and almost made me throw up. when I return the burrito the customer service person said there was nothing that she could do for me. she said because it was half eaten she would not give me a refund. I informed her that most of the other half was laying in the parking lot after I spit it out. the girl became very rude with me. after the complaint wasn't handled and the person got rude with me for some reason they expected me to stay calm. when I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. she said because you ate part of it I can't help you. I said if I'd eaten the entire thing and got sick from it I will still brought it back and expected a refund. I'm not sure who would lose thousands of dollars worth of fuel purchases over a bad burrito.

They're always so packed there's no truck parking anywhere, ever. It's impossible to even find bobtail parking. Forget it.

What a toilet of a gas station looks like someone took a huge crap and they put a sign on it and called it pilot don't even waste your time trying to get gas here. card readers don't work. gas pumps all have bags on them. kind of makes you wonder what the hell they're doing here. go across the street it's only three cents more and get real gas. Clean restroom and a clean store, pilot should consider closing that station or hiring new management.

This is the worst Pilot any were. Night manager is an "A" hole. Shower has mold growing in it. Parking lot is a joke. I will never ever stop at this one again. Was here on 8/10/17.

This place is one of the nastiest pilots I've ever stayed at. Took a cold shower and went to tell the people working there and all they did was shrug their shoulders. Will never be stopping there again!!!!!
