Went to family dollar in port wentworth to have balloons blown up and one employee wanted to do it and the other one complained about some policy. First of all they didn’t have want we wanted but we had our own. Will not go back, felt a little racial discrimination. The one that said yes black, the one that kept refusing and couldn’t offer customer service white.

The inside of this family dollar looked like pure chaos, with items all over the place and blocked aisles. I did not have much interaction with the employees, as they were all gathered at the front of the store chatting from the moment I entered to the moment I left. I would avoid shopping at this location again.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They have a asm on her phone and talking to coworker instead of acknowledging her customers. She had a line and was to woried about her having a grandbaby and wanted to see the stomach. That's rude to your customers!!
