I had a package redirected to this location and delivered on may 15th. I have spoken with FedEx and they called your location to confirm my package was delivered. Your store told FedEx on the phone the package was there. Yet every time I go up and ask for it no one can find it. Your employees immediately disregard me and barely even look. I called and spoke with a manager on Saturday may 28 and was told I’d have a call back by 8am on Sunday may 29th. Never heard anything back. Your customer service is useless with FedEx packages and tell me to just contact FedEx. I’m 100% convinced they stole my package. No one will give me their names and one of them even lied to me about being a manager. FedEx won’t let me file a claim unless the shipper starts it and the shipper just thinks it’s delayed and has no way of being contacted. PLEASE contact me with helpful information.

They're never open. A few select hours a day and that's very random. I've been here at various times of the day and it has been closed. But in reality and off chance that they are open, you can't move around on this store for all the boxes and boxes and boxes of unloaded merchandise blocking all empty isles. DO BETTER GENERAL DOLLAR.

This store is the absolute worst! No matter what time you go there they are never open. This location actually needs to close its doors for good and let another chain of supply store have that building. What good does it do me if I may want to grab something quick without having to go into Walmart if the store is always closed. Are they really making any money keeping this location open?

I did not catch her name, but the associate working Sun 10/2 was not only very friendly and so helpful, she realized we left our debit card and tried to get it back to us as we left the parking lot! We came back later once we realized it was missing and she thankfully remembered us. Above and beyond! All the stars for being a genuinely good person!!

Terrible! Absolutely the worse DG I've ever been in. Actually, the worst store of any type I've ever been in anywhere. The place is a sloppy, messy disaster. The staff are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, untrained, and rude. The staff was dropping the "F-Bomb" in front of customers at the register. I ended up leaving the store without finishing my purchase it was so bad. Whatever amount of money you think you might save shopping here, you're wrong....you'll pay for it in the amount of time and effort it takes to shop here. DG should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this store. The whole place should be bulldozed.

Place is an absolute disaster! There is a semi load of products in the isles that needs to be put away and the employees are sitting on the curb in front of the dump on their phones. Clean up your dumpy store and take a small amout of pride in doing something .

The air conditioning system is not working 100%. The temprature inside was a tiny bit warm - not excessively hot - not unpleasant - suddenly the associates were shouting "The store is closing. Everybody must get out! Get the hell out!" Very rude and nasty - I will not be back again!
