They don't honor tag prices posted throughout the store. I was very polite and was asking a question because it was scanning $15 more than the tag price. Was met with disrespect and aggression about how it was like that for inventory. Rudeness was not necessary. I come here frequently for my companies snacks and supplies but honestly will be taking the business elsewhere.

Usually, it has what I'm looking for. Would give a higher review if the aisles were not always blocked by overloaded pallets of stock waiting to be put on the shelves.

Every aisle was full of products to be put away, couldn't even go down them, terrible it won't let me add pictures, you had to move carts to get to the shelf, one 1 asile was able to take a cart thru, if your disabled do not go there

Will never return to this store. Ugly representation of dollar general. They would not take my unopened items and I had a receipt from a purchase that was literally completed 30 mins prior. Told me it was manager policy but I highly doubt it. The real reason I didn’t get my return completed was obvious SMH. Instead of turning away loyal customers they need to address their appearance and consider uniforms. I must add in the 20 mins I was there, all the “supervisor” did was take smoke breaks and hold conversations outside instead of delivering exceptional customer service.

Always closed, and stores always messy when it is open. Why have a store. If you’re not gonna have hours for people to work there. They only have one person on staff at a time to take care of customers, and to stock the store. There’s always boxes all over the isles. Whoever owns the store, needs to get off their duff, and pay their employees more or hire more employees, and give them more hours. This pxxx poor management. Your losing money in an area where there is a high demand by customers.

I love coming to this Dollar General. Even though it is a giant corporation, the staff make it feel like a locally owned general store. Kaitlyn is always so helpful and friendly. She always welcomes me in and I hear the other townsfolk chatting with her, too. Everyone seems to know her and I don't know how she manages to keep busy stocking and cleaning as much as she does as everyone wants to talk, but she is great, gets it done. I tried getting her to come work with me, but she's dedicated to DG. Y'all are lucky to have her.Quan, too. He always says hello. I come from a big city and so this is very nice. The manager Ms.Diamond is the same. Always welcoming and eager to help me find something or fix the self check out machine that I routinely make stop working. Not on purpose. I never feel like I'm bothering them when I have questions about how the cell phones work, or getting mine working that I bought there, or where something is.Thank you to them. Ms. Diamond,Kaitlyn, and Quan deserve a raise.

This new lady will tell you to hold on that she will assist you and assist everyone else from finding stuff to ringing them up, but bc you are patient she basically ignored me and this is the second time this week she has done this. I'll just choose another location when I see her working.

I went to this dollar general today and there was a woman in there named Kaitlyn she was very friendly with a great personality. She helped me find what i was looking for. Everytime i go in there she was there ready to help. She is a great example of good customer service.
