Very disappointed in the service to a long time Customer in need of getting a hospital perscription filled to help post surgery recovery. We will not return.

From a previous review I seen here it looks like they have huge tendency for hanging up the phone on customers. I’ve been using this pharmacy for a while now and I honestly never had a problem until now. There was a group of young ladies who seem to be more worry about chatting and laughing at work and not doing their job. I had two prescriptions which I needed urgently and they seemed to be very dismissive of that fact. I get sometimes prescriptions aren’t available but they could have simply told me that, instead of not telling me from the beginning straight forward that they didn’t have the prescriptions in stock. Instead they gave me the run around and smirky attitude as if my concern was a laughing matter. The level of disrespect is astonishing. The unprofessionalism and incompetence of these young ladies was absolutely ridiculous. Takes a lot for me to be angry and out of character but this is completely unacceptable. They simply don’t deserve to be working there if they cannot be professional and do their job properly.

The staff here never fails to impress me with their friendliness and overall customer service. The store is always clean and well-stocked. I get all of my prescriptions there, at the drive through. They are situated off Hwy 21, and with the ongoing construction, I feel like they're sort of at a disadvantage. The entrance to the parking lot is at the back of the building, which is sort of strange to me.

I have already received great service at this CVS location in Port Wentworth. The pharmacy techs and the pharmacists fill my prescriptions quickly. There are two drive-thru lines. The store is always clean and neatly organized. The store clerks are friendly and always eager to help you find what you need. Lastly, who doesn't love the super long receipts filled with coupons and rewards bucks. LOL

Just sat in the drive through for 25 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. WHY? when I get to the window- it takes 45 seconds. I guess since they get paid by the hour they have no regard for anyone else's time. If a customer is waiting on a med fill make them go inside to wait. New pharmacy ASAP.

CVS worked with my doctor office to get my medications that I needed as quickly as possible. I was going to Publix in Port Wentworth for years and they were acting nonchalant about getting my insurance to approve my medications that I really needed ASAP!!
