The bed & pillows were super comfortable. The sheets were NOT humid. This is the #1 thing I look for in a hotel, and Comfort Inn accomplished it. No humid sheets! Security lock did not work in our room. Shampoo & conditioner sucked but I feel that’s every hotel. View of the interstate, who cares. Hotel had a distinct smell to it, especially in the elevator. However nothing will be as bad as my experience at the Best Western a couple months ago. Lobby here was clean. Service was adequate. I’d stay again if needed.

Horrible hotel. When I arrived and plugged my laptop charger in, it sparked, the fuse blew, all of the room lights went out, and my laptop charge no longer works. Called and spoke to manager who told me I was in fact lying and none of that was possible.

THEY CHANGED THE ROOM FOR MY FAMILY TWICE.
It was ROACH INFESTED. They had to sleep with the lights on. BOTH ROOMS HAD ROACHES, AND SMELLED ODD.
I was upset to see them so uncomfortable.
Don’t go here. It isn’t worth the hundred something.
Rooms: Roach infested. DONT STAY HERE

Horrible. Also thanks to the receptionist who after a request for a private room promptly chose one right in front of the highway.

Honestly really confused by the positive reviews. We checked in on 6/28/24. When we got to the room it smelt absolutely horrible. Just let wet dirty dog. It's a very overwhelming and strong smell. The bedding was also soaked when we got in from the extreme humidity in the room from keeping the AC off. Also, a German roach crawled across my husband WHILE in pull out sofa bed. I would not stay here. We refused to even shower because the towels looked gross and I don't believe the shower was even clean. Very loud too because right next to a busy road.

Wifi was horrendously slow. Like 2 down and 25 up at midnight... No AT&T signal either. Also water is HOT. If you have kids have them be careful. Get with the times Patel.

Hotel was a stop on the way home from Florida. Selected hotel due to its location, and that it allowed cats. Room was fine. However, I had to move the bed to get the cats out from under and noted several pieces of debris near the head board. Clearly the maids do not move the bed when cleaning. Despite this, would stay again .

5/9/2024 This hotel room needs to be seriously cleaned. The bedding was clean, but the room itself had a very strong odor of dogs having been in the room. We were in #238 and it smelled like a wet dog, or old dog bed. I reported it to the front desk, but the did not offer to move us to another room.
I have asthma and it affected my breathing and my nose felt itchy and clogged all night, which started after entering the room.
Location is too far from Savannah for Savannah visitors to consider staying -even if the rooms were odor free, which as I stated smelled really bad.
Noteworthy details: I do not recommend staying here. Housekeeping needs to clean the room’s carpet. And management needs to restrict dogs to one area so that other visitors are not exposed to smelly rooms where pets have been.
