They never answer the phone and are extremely understaffed. I waited 35 min to speak to someone and never once did they even ask if I had an appt. I walked out.

Customer service these days has become deplorable. The tellers and managers are so uncaring at this location that it's sad. Wells Fargo, once a pillar is no longer. Don't open on Saturdays if you do not want to provide service.

I visited this branch today. I came across a young lady by the name of Erica. She holds one of the highest levels of customer service! Although I’m not a Wells Fargo member. After having this exceptional experience. I may consider!! Erica needs a raise!!

Rudest ppl I’ve ever had to deal with. This is not the bank you want if you ever need to speak with someone quickly, bc when you finally do get through they will make sure to tell you what an inconvenience your call is.

Good to see people in this branch are trying their best to be the worst Wells Fargo. I made my appointment at 4pm just to open the account, waited about an hour for it. I was very impressed when male staff was making stupid excuses passionately. Of course, he cannot apologize.

Every single time I go in this location for the simplest things, the staff literally try everything they can to push me to the app or say they can't help me. It took my mom over 2.5 hours to open an account with them.

1) If you're thinking of banking here, simply look at the reviews. Despite their abominal reviews, they change nothing. So expect 1 star service.2) Customer service is the worst! Not only does it take 30+ minutes to get someone on the phone at the 800 number, going in the bank is even worse.3) My daughter is recently engaged to a gentleman who lives in another state. He is a current customer at Wells Fargo. They went to the bank to open a joint checking account to use for the wedding. Wells Fargo would not accommodate them. Said they had to have an appointment, said they could not wait in case someone else did not show up for their appointment. The manager said they only allow 3 appointments for the entire Saturday banking hours, and they are booked for the next two Saturdays. Circling back to customer service: if there is obviously such a need of in person banking that they book out two full weeks, should they do something to ease customer access? The answer is a resounding NO, because they do not care about their customers or the service they provide.
