I am disappointed and disgusted at the treatment I endured at the Verizon Pooler store. Don't go here if you value your money or time. I came here to file an Asurion insurance claim after dropping my phone. Alicia instructed me to file it on the store's laptop. I received the notification that I would have to wait 11 days for a repair tech (not remotely reasonable!) This is not what I remembered from the last time I filed a claim, so I inquired about the express option where you pay an extra deductible ($99) and receive a replacement phone within 24 hours. I was informed that this was not an option, and my only other option was to buy a new phone. Unfortunately, there was no way I could wait 11 days, so I purchased the new phone. Alicia was minimally helpful with the set-up, and sneered and laughed at me the whole time. My data restore was incomplete. Subsequently, feeling something wasn't right, I called Asurion to ensure that I had in fact done the right thing. It turns out I did indeed have the option to pay the $99 and get a replacement, so that is what I then did. I subsequently complained to Verizon online, having no desire to return to that store after their poor treatment and dishonesty towards me. I suspect Alicia was more interested in earning a new phone commission instead of actually helping me. Both Asurion and Verizon were very upset and shocked when I reported the matter to them, and Verizon ultimately sent me a return label to return the new phone to them, so that I didn't have to deal with the store again. I did this but, after I saw that Verizon received the phone a week ago and I was still waiting for the refund, Verizon online advised me to go to the Verizon Pooler store and ask for the refund as Verizon online had annotated everything in my account, and they were actually waiting for the store to issue the refund. Manager Ismail was not in the least bit helpful, didn't care when I complained about what had occurred with Alicia, refused to even look at my account and, to top it all off, Alicia came over to sneer and laugh at me and interrupt my conversation with Ismael to the point where he had to ask her to stop interrupting us. What really irks me is that I filled out an email survey for this store, and was then promised that a manager would reach out to me within the next few days. Nobody ever did. I wasted so much time and money because of Alicia's dishonesty/incompetence. Thankfully, Verizon online finally refunded me, although apparently it should have been the store who issued the refund, and it was a credit to my account instead of the credit to my credit card Verizon online had originally promised because the Pooler store refused to get their act together. The most important thing that I learned from this whole unpleasant interaction is that, even if the store calls themselves Verizon, they are not necessarily directly connected to Verizon. So be very careful whenever you go into one of these stores. This one is neither trustworthy nor professional.

If I could I would rate no stars on this store. I’m not one to be rude to someone else no matter the reason considering how life is, but today was a different story for this Verizon worker who I wasn’t able to catch the name of. She had glasses on and was dark skinned. Her tone was defensive and voice raised before i could even get a single word out. I’m one who has diagnosed anxiety and a fear of eating in front of people, I work at chick fil a and since it is a very busy location I prefer to eat outside in the quiet and away from all the noise and commotion that comes with that. As I was eating outside today on the curb for my break away from any customers that would be entering Verizon and in the back close to their dumpster just across the way of chick fil a’s like I’ve done the past 2 weeks where different Verizon workers had nodded and just went on with their day, she did not. She came out and yelled that I had to take myself back over to chick fil a because I wasn’t going to be doing this and that over at her store, (sitting down and eating my 8 piece nugget and hashbrown for my meal break). She said multiple different things but to sum it up was that I wasn’t allowed to be in her parking lot eating in the shade while it was 95 degrees outside. Never will I even think about taking my business here just because of this interaction with her.

Went in needing to trade in my old phone. Rob made sure I got the most value for my phone possible! My daughter loves her new Airpods. He then helped me set up my new Samsung watch. He is very knowledgeable on the products and his customer service skills are superb! He deserves a raise!

My husband and I went to this store this past weekend with an appointment. The greeter was very nice and we got in very close to our appointment time. We had the intention of buying two new iphones and upgrading to an unlimited plan. We had done our research and have been Verizon service members for many years so we were ready and knew what we wanted. However, we reached the service counter with Shiante and had some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. She was incredibly rude, condescending, and unhelpful. She didn't listen to what we were saying, asking for, and the entire time was not kind or polite in any way. Even though we were in need of new phones and more than ready to purchase we left after a couple minutes without completing any transaction purely because of her horrendous attitude.

Don't really understand why there is brick and mortar store here. Came in to purchase a new phone. They met us at the door and ask if we had appt. then we go in they asked that we use sanitizer, then she goes behind a glass partition and proceeds to instruct us how to buy a phone. To pay she sends us out to a kiosk . She never touched our phone or any thing related to us and was really no help. Probably could have done this online. I'm all for keeping safe, and so on but if you are that afraid of getting sick, you need to be at home and not dealing with the public. I almost walked out midway through. I've been here 20 yrs and my husband insists on staying. If it is ever my decision I'm out. Worse customer service ever.

Verizon was always my go to but these past few months I've noticed my signal showing lackluster performance to the point where I end up being lost in traffic due to my gps not recognizing my location at some points when searching the web I even have to switch to 3G in order to get service even my co workers who have t mobile / cricket get better service than me, every month there always seems to be a hidden fee (random surcharges) it is time to come to my senses and switch, here is a screen shot of my past 3 monthly bills for 2 iPhones and a hotspot jet pack with "unlimited LTE" I highly suggest you guys take your money elsewhere unless you like be robbed.

Everyone there has bad attitudes and poor customer service and they do not truly help you. I will not be visiting this location ever again and will advise others to do the same.

My experience at this location was overall great. I don't have any real complaints. The staff was friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable and capable of answering questions. I didn't know that Verizon offers a hotspot box without a contract for $70 per month unlimited wifi for your home. That was pretty cool. My only advice would be to pay attention to which insurance coverage you are set up for. There are several options and the cost varies. As l low as $6.75 all the way up to almost $14 per device. I had to review my receipt and make that adjustment the next day. Which believe it or not made a tremendous difference in the bill. Also.set yourself up on automatic billing so you can save some money! Military also saves a bunch of money with Verizon as well. Right now the Military are offered $100 in accessories per line. My husband and I got the wireless chargers which are normally $70 each and cell phone cases.

All I wanted to purchase was an Apple Watch. Shouldn't have been in here long... going on 40 minutes and still here. I had received a text being told to let her know the time I would arrive, so, she wouldn't be busy with a customer. I let her know the time and I arrived at the time I said I would. And still she was busy with a customer. Coming to Verizon it is now just as irritating as going to Walmart. Long lines... slow agents...
