Not enough people take the time to leave good reviews even though they’re deserved and I guess too many people have too much time on their hands according to the other reviews I see here. This store has always had nice respectful employees who are personable and from what I’ve observed can even identify many customers by name due to their extreme diligence! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars to make up for the fact that some people can’t find more than hate in their hearts.

This is the BEST UPS store... ever! The staff is always so nice, helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and overall I regret when I go to a different location because it may be on my way to where I am at the time. I was there today and Rachel, Nyasia and Liz was the staff and so nice, smiling and OVERALL made my day because of their super kindness and help! It is so hard to find a great staff and I hope the owner/ manager recognizes this staff because they show they love to help the customers!! I would give them 10 Stars plus+!! Thank you!! :)

Poor customer service, rude, and do not recommend to anyone. While walking in, I was not greeted. Instead, the employees were looking at their phones; complaining about a frequent customer. This same customer walks in right after me. They didn't know if I knew her. I found that very inappropriate to be speaking about any customer, in any way besides positive, in front of another customer. Which gave me a bad first impression. I then waited two minutes after informing the employee (Rachel), I was requesting printing services, for the email or information, to send my document to. I was then told rudely "it's on the computer behind you". I asked for a pen to fill out my document, rudely told " um there's pens everywhere in here". While filling my paperwork out, I hear Rachel say something and then the employees both look at my daughter, in a disgusted way. I politely ask, "hey was something just said about her" pointing to my daughter, to Rachel. The Hispanic employee starts yelling, "no she didn't say anything what are you talking about, if we had something to say we would say it to you". Not too long after i left, two other customers, who were also in that store during that time, who I knew from work, informed me they would not be using that UPS anymore; due to their customer service and behavior from that incident. Long story short, you never know who knows who and how treating one customer could impact your business.

UPS Store Blue Moon CrossingEmployees have no idea what they are doing.Had to sent a letter in an normal seized envelope international.They told me that I needed a tariff number for customs.I told them that it was incorrect information. I know because I am familiar with that.Apologizing is clearly optional

You really don't like to answer the phone. Other location in Pooler is closed when it says open. Called location to see if you're open or if Pooler locations decided to be closed on Saturdays all of the sudden but no answer. You need to change your hours on Google. I am not the only one coming to the store to find out that BOTH locations in Pooler are closed on the weekends all of the sudden.

The girl who helped with getting my documents notarized was friendly and helpful this morning. She seems to know what she was doing and i was able to get in and out in a timely manner even though it was a bit busy. Thank you so much.

Myself and four other patrons was at the UPS store at 7:55am. The associate was inside the store and by this time, it was 8:07am. She did not give an acknowledgement that the store was open. We happen to pull on the door to see that the store was open. This was very poor customer service

really convenient place for me and my amazon returns! the girls that work there are great, especially the tall girl with the short hair. One of my favorite places to go to thanks to the positive energy the girls bring!

I come here everyday and I’ve never had a negative experience. Staff always says hello, (except when the line is too long and they can’t see people coming in), and they always say have a good day when they hand you your receipt. Overall very happy with this store(:

Go to another ups store. The staff here never smiles and act like helping you is the worst thing they've done all day. I'll drive to the other ups store in pooler before coming here. I needed something notarized and the girl clocked out so she wouldn't have to help me. There's also one worker that is always rude to customers.

Good customer service these days is hard to come by. People are more likely to go out of their way to leave a bad review than they are to remember to leave a good review. So I do my best to give credit where credit is due. Any time I have visited this store I have been greeted with a smile and welcome. (Something you will never receive at the post office or FedEx.) The associates always recommend the best options for my printing or packaging needs. I've even seen the franchisee working several times which is always a good sign as he is really friendly and helpful. If you don't see a service listed you are looking for, just ask Patrick. He is willing to work with you and may be able to come up with an alternative solution. I will continue to use this store!
